The invention relates to a method for ultrasonic-assisted induction welding of a thermoplastic resin-based composite material, and belongs to the field of resin-based composite materials. The invention discloses a method for realizing full resin filling and high-strength connection in a thermoplastic resin matrix composite material connection process by utilizing ultrasonic vibration head assisted induction welding. According to the welding device, welding of the resin-based composite material is achieved through electromagnetic heat, and meanwhile pressure and ultrasonic vibration are applied to the upper portion of a to-be-welded joint of the composite material through an ultrasonic head. The invention aims to overcome the defect of insufficient resin filling of a joint interface in the induction welding process of the resin-based composite material and realize high-strength connection of the resin-based composite material.
