Condition (C) > The temperature at which the average value (M + m)/2 of the maximum value (M) and the minimum value (m) of tan [delta] in the temperature range of 30-150 DEG C (inclusive) is 115-145 DEG C (inclusive) in ARES temperature rise measurement. Condition (D) > The value of tan [delta] at 150 DEG C is 1.00-1.50 (inclusive) in an ARES temperature rise measurement.

The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining a polyolefin which has excellent film processability and in which fisheyes derived from an unmelted resin are reduced. The polyolefin satisfies the following conditions (A) to (D). < Condition (A) > The melt flow rate under the conditions of 190 DEG C and a load of 2.16 kg is 0.5 g/10 minutes or more and 30.0 g/10 minutes or less. < Condition (B) > The density is from 910 kg/m3 to 930 kg/m3 (inclusive). < Condition (C) > Mw/Mn is from 10.0 to 30.0 (inclusive). < Condition (D) > The tan [delta], as determined by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement, has a maximum point and a minimum point of tan [delta] between 50 DEG C and 100 DEG C (inclusive), and 0.0030 < = (a-b)/(d-c) < = 0.0050. A is a maximum point tan delta; b is a minimum point tan delta; c: maximum point temperature (DEG C); and d: minimum point temperature (DEG C).
