Disclosed are an organic barrier film, a preparation method of the organic barrier film, and a quantum dot device. The organic barrier film comprises a substrate layer, an adhesive layer, and an oxygen barrier layer arranged sequentially from top to bottom. The oxygen barrier layer comprises polyvinyl alcohol, and a chemical cross-linking is formed between the adhesive layer and the oxygen barrier layer. The present invention achieves the following beneficial effect: the formation of a chemical cross-linking between an adhesive layer and an oxygen barrier layer improves the adhesive force of the oxygen barrier layer on the surface of the substrate layer.
