Specifically, the invention provides a chiral chromatographic analysis method for detecting the enantiomer in (S)-(2-methyl aziridine-1-yl) diethyl phosphonate. According to the detection method, capillary column gas chromatography is adopted, 2, 6-di-O-pentyl-3-trifluoroacetyl-gamma-cyclodextrin serves as a stationary phase of a chromatographic column, nitrogen serves as carrier gas, and a flame ionization detector (FID) serves as a detector.
