Disclosed is a handy and easy method for yield increase of brassica chinensis. According to the method, a far infrared heating system with molecular vibration heat transfer is constructed and applied to brassica chinensis, thereby improving the growth of brassica chinensis. The system, using far infrared rays having a wavelength of 8-14μm and a voltage of 24V, places two far infrared rays above a plug cell or places one far infrared ray above the plug cell and the other below the plug cell. Test results show that the method can effectively promote plant growth. The application of far infrared technology to brassica chinensis enables the resonation of water molecules inside the plant and improves binding force between molecules, thereby activating biomacromolecules such as proteins and ensuring highest vibration level of plant cells.
