Hydrogel composition

The present invention discloses a hydrogel composition, comprising: a crosslinked collagen polymer having a collagen, a hydrophilic polyether, and a diamine formate group connecting the collagen and the hydrophilic polyether; the carboxymethyl cellulose derivative is selected from one or a combination of carboxymethyl cellulose, alkali metal salt and ammonium salt; an aqueous sodium chloride solution; the humectant is selected from glycerol, propylene glycol or a combination of the glycerol and the propylene glycol; the invention relates to a hydrogel composition for wound healing, which is characterized in that the hydrogel composition comprises an antibacterial agent which is a combination of glycine betaine and polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, and the hydrogel composition is beneficial to uniformly absorbing wound exudate and coating a wound, has a better anti-inflammatory effect and good antimicrobial activity, and is further beneficial to improving the wound healing speed ...
