The invention discloses guaiacol-containing bio-based benzoxazine, guaiacol-containing bio-based benzoxazine resin and a preparation method and application of guaiacol-containing bio-based benzoxazine resin, levulinic acid side chain is introduced, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: condensing a bio-based phenol monomer and levulinic acid/levulinic acid ester under the action of a catalyst to obtain guaiacol; and reacting the product with furfuryl amine and paraformaldehyde to obtain the bio-based benzoxazine. The raw materials including phenol, acid/ester and furfuryl amine are all biological sources, so that fossil resources are saved and the environment is protected; the curing temperature of benzoxazine is low, so that the benzoxazine is easy to apply subsequently; molecular side chains can be modified to improve the thermal stability of benzoxazine; the two-step synthesis method is simple in process.
