Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are an image processing method, apparatus and shooting terminal. The method comprises: obtaining shot to-be-processed images without image processing; extracting the shooting characteristic information of the to-be-processed images; and processing the to-be-processed images according to the shooting characteristic information. Therefore, the shooting terminal is enabled to take the shooting characteristic information of the to-be-processed images as the basis for self-adaptive image processing after the shot to-be-processed images are obtained, and to process the to-be-processed images according to the shooting characteristic information of the to-be-processed images, thus the quality of the images obtained after processing of the shooting terminal can be improved in a self-adaptive manner.
