The present invention relates to a crystalline growth-type concrete-mixing powdered spherical waterproof agent having an improved autonomous healing function. After cement, silica, crystalline quartz, and cryptocrystalline quartz are combined, quartz, talc, and zinc stearate which are heated at a high temperature are mixed. According to the present invention, when cracks occurs in concrete, penetrated water and particles of cement are reacted to produce a deformed calcium silicate hydrate and fill cracks. Moreover, a composite catalyst generated when being reacted with water is promoted to continuously produce a deformed calcium silicate hydrate, so autonomous healing can be permanently ensured when cracks occur in concrete and strength of concrete is improved.
