The present invention relates to a cover structure for deodorization of a water tank used as a settling tank at sewage or wastewater treatment facilities and, more particularly, to a water tank cover structure for deodorization, which provides an inspection or observation structure with a closed structure to prevent odor generated from the water tank from leaking. The water tank cover structure of the present invention comprises: a water tank having an opening part, a support frame which is fixated and installed along the boundary of the opening part; an upper frame joined to the upper part of the support frame; and a sealing cover which seals the opened upper part through the upper frame. The water tank cover structure of the present invention can prevent odor from leaking while having a simple structure, and thus can reduce maintenance costs in comparison to the conventional water tank system for deodorizing stinking gas through separate equipment.
