The present invention relates to a refinement method of ammonium phosphate and refined ammonium phosphate produced therefrom and, more specifically, to a method for producing high purity ammonium phosphate through a simple process of dissolution, filtration and drying. The present invention can provide a refinement method of ammonium phosphate which produces high purity ammonium phosphate through a simple process of dissolution, filtration and drying. In addition, the present invention can provide refined ammonium phosphate which can be used as a coating agent of an active material in a secondary battery having small particle sizes and low content of impurities.
