The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing automobile parts having different local strengths, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing automobile parts using a heat-treatment hardened steel having different local thicknesses. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing automobile parts comprising: a blank sheet preparation step for preparing blank sheets using a heat-treatment hardening steel plate having different thicknesses, and a heat-treatment hardening steel plate having different materials, according to the strength required; a blank conjugate forming step for forming a blank conjugate by connecting the blank sheets using laser welding; a cold molding step for cold press molding the blank conjugates; and a heat-treatment hardening step for heating the cold-molded part to above AC3 temperature, then resolving mold retention stress by quenching the part when constrained in a metal mold, and enhancing the strength thereby.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a super strong steel body, more specifically, to the method for manufacturing a super strong steel body suitable for the processing of products with complicated shapes and deep casting depths. The present invention comprises: a sheet preparation step for blanking a steel sheet with curing ability in a certain shape and cutting the steel sheet; a cold forming step for cold pressing the steel sheet and forming the steel sheet with 50~80% the thickness of the height of the end product; a trimming step for precisely cutting the cold formed product along the outline of the finished goods; and a hot forming and cooling step for simultaneously hot press forming the trimmed goods with 20~50% the thickness of the height of the end product and cooling the trimmed goods from the heated state after heating the trimmed goods over 700℃ for austenitization.

Disclosed are a high-strength steel sheet which exhibits excellent platability and has a tensile strength of 590 MPa or more and a tensile strength-elongation balance (TS × El) of 16,250 MPa·% or more, as well as a method for manufacturing the high-strength steel sheet. The high-strength steel sheet having excellent platability according to the present invention comprises, by weight %, 0.03-0.10% of C, 0.005-0.105% of Si, 1.0-3.0% of Mn, 0.005-0.040% of P, 0.003% or less of S, 0.003-0.008% of N, 0.05-0.40% of Al, Mo or Cr satisfying the condition of 10 ≤ 50· [Mo %] + 100· [Cr %] ≤ 30, 0.005-0.020% of Ti, 0.005-0.050% of V, and/or 0.0005-0.0015% of B, with the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities. A microstructure of the high-strength steel sheet is a complex microstructure containing, by sectional structure area %, 70% or more of ferrite having a Vickers hardness of 120-250 HV, and 10% or more of martensite having a Vickers harness of 321-555 HV.

The present invention relates to a separator plate for a fuel cell and to a method for producing the same, and relates to an invention wherein a surface-modification layer is formed through the use of low temperature plasma processing such that it is possible to prevent the hydrophobic characteristics which occur during gasket forming and to have outstanding hydrophilic characteristics, and such that it is possible to obtain the advantageous effect of highly outstanding corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity not only initially but also even after long-term use in a fuel-cell operating environment, and also such that it is possible to maintain outstanding durability even when using a normal low-price stainless-steel sheet base material, and it is possible to reduce the unit cost of production of the separator plate for the fuel cell since surface processing can be carried out at low cost.
