A shock-absorbing structure for clothes and shoes is disclosed. The disclosed shock-absorbing structure for clothes and shoes enables: air within a front-side air hole to move to a rear-side air hole through a first hole connection passage relatively wider than a second hole connection passage, when the front part of an insole body is pressed by a wearer; and air within the rear-side air hole to move to the front-side air hole through the second hole connection passage relatively narrower than the first hole connection passage, when the rear part of the insole body is pressed by the wearer. The disclosed shock-absorbing structure for clothes and shoes provides the advantage of easily and simply implementing a shock-absorbing structure for shoes or clothing.
