The present invention relates to a hybrid lighting device which can: improve indoor lighting effect by enhancing reflection efficiency of sunlight; and minimize consumption of energy and improve a lighting effect by storing electricity through photoelectric conversion by a solar cell and selectively lighting an artificial lamp according to indoor illumination.
