A method of making a powder coating composition includes obtaining functionalized particles by reacting inorganic particles with alkoxysilanes having the general structural formula (I) RSi(OR), silane oligomers having the general structural formula (II) (R)(OR)Si-O-[-Si(R)(OR)-O-]-Si(R)(OR)or mixtures thereof. 2. The powder coating composition as claimed in claim 1 , which comprises functionalized particles obtainable by a method which comprises subjecting the reaction mixture obtained after the reaction to drying.3. The powder coating composition as claimed in claim 1 , wherein titanium dioxide particles or barium sulfate particles are used as inorganic particles.4. The powder coating composition as claimed in claim 1 , comprising:a. 20% to 80% by weight of binder,b. 5% to 60% by weight of inorganic pigment or mineral filler,c. 5% to 60% by weight of functionalized inorganic particles,d. 0.1% to 10.0% by weight of additive, selected from flow, leveling, and deaerating additives or mixtures thereof, with all of the ingredients together making 100% by weight.5. The plug for telecommunications circuit junction box connections contains a locking bolt (1) which is displaced when the plug is inserted into the junction box. The bolt can only then be unlocked after a sealing plug engaged inside the bolt release button is broken. The sealing plug consists of a tablet which fits hollow depression in the push button. The tablet is held in place by flexible retaining hooks which lock against the inside surface of the button. The inside end of the seal rests against the nearby fixing post which holds the plug cover in place. When the seal is properly inserted it is flush with the top of the release button. The tablet of the sealing plug contains a rupture zone. The locking bolt is held against a compression spring and prevents accidental withdrawal of the plug from the junction box. The bolt can only be released by perforating the seal and leaving evidence of any unauthorised removal. The broken seal is easily replaced without the need for any special tools.

The present invention provides a method for collecting data in a network, preferably data in connection with a consumption, a physical or physicochemical parameter and/or an operating state in the context of an operation of a local sensor (1), preferably a sensor (1) for a consumption meter (10) as part of a supply network comprising at least one local sensor (1), preferably a plurality of local sensors (1) for the distribution of a consumable good, with a plurality of sensors (1), whereas the sensor (1) contains at least one measuring element (9), the measuring element (9) of the respective sensor (1) provides an elementary measuring units in the form of raw measurement data which corresponds to at least one physical or physicochemical value or at least one physical or physicochemical parameter, and the sensor (1) comprises wired and/or radio communication means (2) and memory means (7), characterized in that for the determination of the measurement resolution of the sensor (1) the conditions for generating time stampings (TS) using a correlation model are determined in advance, on the basis of the correlation model time stampings (TS) of successive raw measurement data in the sensor (1) are generated, the time stampings (TS) are stored in the memory means (7) of the consumption meter (10), the time stampings (TS) are transmitted over a wired connection and/or a radio link so that on the basis of the time stampings (TS) using the correlation model the raw measurement data collected by the measuring element (9) are reconstructed and evaluated, whereas raw measurement data is used for on- demand network analysis.
