A swaddling blanket for maintaining a baby in an ergonomic position. One embodiment can include features for positioning the baby's arms in pockets in first and second arm wings and wrapping the arm wings. An embodiment may also include features for positioning the baby's hips in a hip positioning portion and bringing a hip positioning flap into a position to encourage the baby's legs to an ergonomic position.

A child carrier having a waist belt, an upper torso support, a hammock coupled to the waist belt and to the upper torso support, and a thigh support strap extending to each side of the hammock. Each thigh support strap has an inward end portion proximate to the hammock and an outward end portion configured for selective coupling to the upper torso support in multiple positions. When the thigh support straps are coupled to the upper torso support, the hammock and the thigh support straps form a seat to support a child in an ergonomic spread-squat position in inward and outward facing orientations. The shape of the seat adjusts depending on the positions in which the outward end portions of the thigh support straps are coupled to the upper torso support.

Nursing Pillow

Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to a nursing pillow that positions the baby in an ergonomically beneficial position. Embodiments of such a nursing pillow may have a pillow body with a medial region and two arms. Medial region and arms may partially surround and define a central opening open between the arms so that the pillow may be worn around a mother's torso with the central opening encompassing the mother's torso. An inner surface is disposed between the central opening and the outer side. The inner surface faces the central opening and is sloped from a low point of the inner surface proximate the central opening to a high point of the inner surface proximate the outer side. As such, the inner surface is adapted to place a child in an ergonomic position facing a wearer with the head of the child above the stomach of the child 1. A pillow , comprising:a pillow body, including:a medial region;a first arm;a second arm opposing the first arm, wherein the medial region, first arm and second arm define a central opening;an outer side of the pillow body distal the central opening; andan inner surface between the central opening and the outer side, the inner surface facing the central opening and sloped from a low point of the inner surface proximate the central opening to a high point of the inner surface proximate the outer side.2.
