The invention also provides methods of treating or preventing certain disorders, or symptomatic relief therefrom, by administering the compositions of the invention to a patient, e.g., for the symptomatic relief of a variety of allergic and non-allergic conditions, particularly conjunctivitis, sinusitis, rhinitis and rhinosinusitis. The compositions and methods of the present invention provide significant value in terms of patient acceptability, convenience, and compliance.

This allows for enhancement of analysis of an analyte property, such as concentration, represented within the original data matrix. In a first embodiment of the invention, a separate decomposition and factor selection for each selected data matrix is performed with subsequent score matrix concatenization. The combined score matrix is used to generate a model that is subsequently used to estimate a property, such as concentration represented in the original data matrix. In a second embodiment, each data matrix is independently preprocessed. Demonstration of the invention is performed through glucose concentration estimation from noninvasive spectra of the body.

Physiological conditions such as changes in water distribution among tissue compartments lead to complex alterations in the measured analytical signal of skin, leading to a biased noninvasive analyte measurement. Changes in the tissue properties are detected by identifying key features in the analytical signal responsive to physiological variations. Conditions not conducive to the noninvasive measurement are detected. Noninvasive measurements that are biased by physiological changes in tissue are compensated. In an alternate embodiment, the analyte is measured indirectly based on natural physiological response of tissue to changes in analyte concentration. A system capable of such measurements is provided.

A dynamic termination logic driver, one that is capable of launching signals at a driving end of a transmission line and is capable of terminating signals at a receiver end of the transmission line, controls output impedance and includes within the driver an impedance circuit and slew rate control. Accordingly, a desired output impedance can be advantageously established and maintained over a wide range of variations in operating conditions, manufacturing processes and output voltage levels. Such a driver also advantageously limits any crowbar current, thereby reducing the overall power consumption of the driver with little, if any, degradation of driver performance. The driver includes a pull up circuit coupled to receive at least one of a plurality of control codes and the driver also includes a pull down circuit coupled to receive at least one of the plurality of control codes. The output impedance of the driver is further controlled during transitional phases of tuning on and turning off the pull down circuit and the pull up circuit under a plurality of process, voltage and temperature (PVT) conditions.
