A polarizer includes a base substrate and a dielectric stacked layer. The dielectric stacked layer in includes a first dielectric layer and second dielectric layer. The first dielectric layer has a high refractive index and a second dielectric layer has a low refractive index. A wire grid pattern is disposed on the dielectric stacked layer. The wire grid pattern has a line width, a separation distance and a pitch. The pitch is a sum of the line width and the separation distance. Adjacent grids of the wire grid pattern are spaced apart by the separation distance. 1. A polarizer , comprising:a base substrate;a dielectric stacked layer comprising a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer, the first dielectric layer having a first refractive index higher than a second refractive index of the second dielectric layer; anda wire grid pattern disposed on the dielectric stacked layer and having a line width, a separation distance and a pitch, wherein the pitch is a sum of the line width and the separation distance, and adjacent grids of the wire grid pattern are spaced apart by the separation distance.2. The polarizer of claim 1 , wherein the first dielectric layer comprises titanium dioxide (TiO2) claim 1 , andthe second dielectric layer comprises silicon dioxide (SiO2).3. The polarizer of claim 2 , wherein the first and second dielectric layers are alternately stacked seven times claim 2 , andthe dielectric layers have a thickness of about 20 nm, 50 nm, 20 nm, 50 nm, 20 nm, 40 nm, 20 nm, 30 nm, 20 nm, 30 nm, 20 nm, 30 nm, 20 nm and 20 nm from the base substrate in order.4. The polarizer of claim 1 , further comprising a passivation layer disposed on the wire grid pattern.5. The polarizer of claim 1 , wherein the wire grid pattern comprises a first layer comprising aluminum (Al) claim 1 , gold (Au) claim 1 , silver (Ag) claim 1 , copper (Cu) claim 1 , chrome (Cr) claim 1 , steel (Fe) claim 1 , or nickel (Ni) claim 1 , and a second layer comprising molybdenum ( ...
