Si le second levier extérieur est impacté par une force externe, le panneau externe est déformé pour déplacer le second levier extérieur vers l'intérieur du véhicule par rapport au premier levier extérieur. Mais la rotation de dégagement du second levier extérieur ne peut pas être transmise au premier levier extérieur. Même si la portière est déformée par la force externe, la portière est toujours fermée.

An electromechanical device , comprising:a first drive member having a magnetic coil;a second drive member capable of moving relatively to the first drive member; anda control section adapted to drive the magnetic coil and to perform regeneration of energy from the magnetic coil when decelerating the second drive member,wherein the control section includes a first regeneration mode of setting a first regenerative interval centered on a zero crossing point of an induced voltage caused in the magnetic coil, and performing the regeneration.2. The electromechanical device according to claim 1 , whereinthe control section further includes a second regeneration mode of setting a second regenerative interval centered on a local maximum point of the induced voltage caused in the magnetic coil, and performing the regeneration, and sets widths of the first and second regenerative intervals so that an amount of energy regenerated in the first regeneration mode is one of equal to and smaller than an amount of energy regenerated in the second regeneration mode.3. The control circuit determines a transmitting voltage based on the detected output voltage, the transmitting voltage indicating a voltage of the transmitting power at which the output voltage reaches a target voltage when generating transmitting power having the stably transmitting frequency. The control circuit controls the power supply circuit to generate transmitting power having the stably transmitting frequency and the transmitting voltage.

The nonwoven fabric is produced by melt-extruding the above-mentioned linear low density polyethylene to form filaments which are drawn by air guns at a high speed so that they are deposited on a moving collection belt to form a web which is then heat treated at a temperature 15°-30° l C. lower than the melting point of the filaments. The nonwoven fabric an be formed of filaments of hollow or flat cross section. It is also possible to utilize bicomponent filaments having a sheath component made of linear low density polyethylene and a core component made of polyethylene terephalate.

A well liner having dual concentric half screens for filtering sand and undesirables from fluids, gases, and toxic extractions. The well liner provides concentric half bodied screens of opposite orientation to provide a tortuous flow of path for the production fluids. The screens are manufactured by techniques well known in the art in the preferred embodiment. Two screen members are provided each comprising two annular portions: a screen portion and a solid pipe portion. The inner screen member is inserted in the outer screen member and both members are welded at each end. Additionally, an apertured base pipe may be provided. In the alternate embodiment, an apertured base pipe is surrounded by two full screen tubular members. A tortuous flow path is created in the alternative embodiment by the placement of shield members along a portion of the inner and outer screens. Additionally, the shields may be varied depending upon the placement of the apertures along the base pipe. These well liners are particularly suited for horizontal or high angle wells requiring a tortuous flow path where formation sand is likely to clog the well liners. The well bores may further be gravel packed to prevent or limit formation sand movement.

Lowering and lifting of the screen through a wellbore can be made smoothly without interfering of the slurry flow paths with the wellbore and installation of the screen can thereby be facilitated.

A biodegradable filament nonwoven fabric is provided which is composed of filaments of a polylactic acid based polymer. The filaments of the polylactic acid based polymer have a birefringence of 10×10 −3 to 25×10 −3 , a degree of crystallinity of 12 to 30 wt %, and a crystal size of not greater than 80 Å as measured axially of the filaments. The nonwoven fabric has a boiling water shrinkage percentage of not higher than 15%.

A biodegradable polymer comprising a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester as its principal component is melted and extruded through a spinneret into filaments. While being quenched with quench air blow, the extruded filaments are drafted at a drafting speed of 1,000 to 2,500 m/min by means of a suction device disposed below the spinneret. The drafted filaments are spread and accumulated on a movable collector surface thereby to be formed into a web, which is then treated for formation of a nonwoven fabric. The constituent filaments of the nonwoven fabric has a polymer supercool index of 0.3 to 0.6.
