The push-button dispenser for bottles with carbonated beverages as a head () which can be screwed onto a bottle and has a lateral pouring channel () and a push-button () on its upper side. A suction tube () projects downwards, this tube being intended to extend down as far as the base of the bottle () to be fitted with the dispenser. This suction tube opens out at the top into a valve device in the head (), this valve device having a regulating means () which can be moved axially in relation to the bottle () and is biased in the closing direction by a spring (). In order for the regulating means to be opened, pressure is applied to the push-button () from above, and therefore the pressure in the interior of the suction tube () is reduced to ambient pressure. This causes liquid to be expelled from the bottle, by way of the internal pressure prevailing in the bottle, out of the lower mouth opening of the suction tube () via the pouring channel (). As a special feature, the suction tube () is produced from an elastomeric plastics material and its outer cross section and inner cross section are configured such that, with the internal pressure reduced to ambient pressure, in relation to the increased pressure prevailing from outside, it can have its throughflow cross section narrowed by deformation. This means that, despite the pressure in the bottle gradually decreasing, the amount of liquid which flows out per unit of time is kept more or less constant. The push-button dispenser makes it possible for bottles with carbonated beverages to be, for all practical purposes, completely emptied in an extremely convenient and reliable manner, in the upright or even horizontal position, just at the push of a button. 11151610201520316102020101510. Push‑button dispenser for bottles with carbonated beverages

Номер: WO2011134928A3
Принадлежит: The Coca-Cola Company

The push‑button dispenser for bottles with carbonated beverages has a head (1) which can be screwed onto a bottle and has a lateral pouring channel (15) and a push‑button (16) on its upper side. A suction tube (10) projects downwards, this tube being intended to extend down as far as the base of the bottle (20) to be fitted with the dispenser. This suction tube opens out at the top into a valve device in the head (1), this valve device having a regulating means (5) which can be moved axially in relation to the bottle (20) and is biased in the closing direction by a spring (3). In order for the regulating means to be opened, pressure is applied to the push‑button (16) from above, and therefore the pressure in the interior of the suction tube (10) is reduced to ambient pressure. This causes liquid to be expelled from the bottle, by way of the internal pressure prevailing in the bottle, out of the lower mouth opening of the suction tube (10) via the pouring channel (15). As a special feature, the suction tube (10) is produced from an elastomeric plastics material and its outer cross section and inner cross section are configured such that, with the internal pressure reduced to ambient pressure, in relation to the increased pressure prevailing from outside, it can have its throughflow cross section narrowed by deformation. This means that, despite the pressure in the bottle gradually decreasing, the amount of liquid which flows out per unit of time is kept more or less constant.

Push button dispenser for bottles with carbonated beverages

Номер: EP2563711A2
Принадлежит: Coca Cola Co

The push‑button dispenser makes it possible for bottles with carbonated beverages to be, for all practical purposes, completely emptied in an extremely convenient and reliable manner, in the upright or even horizontal position, just at the push of a button.

Push button dispenser with compressed gas capsule for beverage bottles

Номер: EP2563712A2
Принадлежит: Coca Cola Co

The push‑button dispenser with compressed‑gas capsule (7) for bottles (2) consists of a head which can be screwed onto the bottle (2) and have a lateral pouring channel (4), a push‑button (15) on its upper side and downwardly projecting suction tube (11). The latter is intended to extend as far as the base of the bottle (2) which is to be fitted with the dispenser, and it opens out at the top into a valve device in the head. This valve device has a regulating means (39) which can be moved axially in relation to the bottle (2) and is biased in the closing direction by a spring (17), and can be opened by manual pressure being applied to the push‑button (15) from above. This reduces pressure in the interior of the suction tube (11) to ambient pressure, as a result of which liquid is expelled from the bottle (2), by way of the internal pressure prevailing in the bottle (2), out of the lower mouth opening of the suction tube (11) via the pouring channel (4). As a special feature, the dispenser is configured as a single‑piece housing (14) with inner housing (37), which contains all the other elements of the dispenser, or bears the same externally, wherein the housing (14) forms, at the side, an open accommodating cylinder (8), with a steel piercing tube (23) installed concentrically therein so as to be directed outwards, for the purpose of accommodating a compressed‑gas capsule (7). A compressed‑gas capsule (7) can be pushed into this accommodating cylinder from beneath until its lead‑sealed piercing closure reaches the tip of the piercing tube (23), and it is retained in this position by static friction. The action of an associated threaded cap (6) being screwed on then causes this compressed‑gas capsule (7) to be pushed further into the accommodating cylinder (8) in the axial direction, in which case the piercing tube (23), which is cut obliquely at the front, pierces, with sealing action, the lead‑sealed piercing closure of the compressed‑gas capsule.

ABSTRACT A process and an apparatus for batch mixing and bakery dough. A batch of mixed dough is kneaded in an independent developing chamber for rotating the dough on an agitator that rotates about a horizontal axis. The rotating agitator tends to force the dough to the periphery of the chamber. The agitator then urges the dough against the periphery of the developing chamber where a selectively closable dough discharge is located. The dough that passes through the open discharge is engaged between a pair of oppositely rotating spaced rollers that are disposed on the exterior of the chamber, whereby the rotating rollers withdraw developed dough from the chamber. The rotation of the agitator is continued as the rollers withdraw the dough from the chamber.

Apparatus and method for inserting an additive liquid into a flowing fluid and discharging the resultant mixture

Номер: CA1069471A

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR INSERTING AN ADDITIVE LIQUID INTO A FLOWING FLUID AND DISCHARGING THE RESULTANT MIXTURE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A dispensing assembly for discharging a flowing fluid into which a desired amount of an additive liquid has been inserted includes a container for the additive liquid which may be removed from a dispenser body. The container is normally positively biased to a closed condition to prevent escape of the additive liquid. Opening of the container is achieved through an interconnection with the dispenser body, opening of the container being effected upon establishment of a predetermined minimum pressure by the flowing fluid in the dispenser body. Additive liquid is forced from the container into the flowing fluid by a metered amount of flowing fluid inserted into the container to cause a flexible pressure member to force the additive liquid from the container. Opening of the container is not achieved until after the pressure member is exerting a force on the additive liquid in order to prevent dilution of the additive liquid by the flowing fluid. Resistance to flow of the additive liquid from the container is minimized, so that the amount of additive liquid inserted into the flowing fluid is determined by metering of the flowing fluid, which is dependent upon the flow rate of the flowing fluid. Thus, a constant proportion of additive liquid is inserted into the flowing fluid and the metering is essentially independent of the characteristics of the additive liquid. All metering passages are easily accessible for cleaning. An alternative rinse path is provided to insure rinsing of the dispenser body before and after opening of the container. An appropriate flow regulating arrangement is utilized to selectively direct the flowing fluid through the alternative rinse path or to a pressure chamber to activate a mechanism for opening of the container. Various modifications, such as a manual control for providing a selection of spray patterns ...
