The radiation detecting element according to claim 1 , wherein a difference in column diameter between the plurality of columnar crystals is 30% or less.4. The radiation detecting element according to claim 1 , wherein a density distribution of the plurality of columnar crystals in the scintillator layer is uniform.5. The radiation detecting element according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of columnar crystals each have a tip of which an angle of inclination is 40 degrees or less.6. The radiation detecting element according to claim 1 , wherein a difference in film thickness between a central part and a peripheral part in the scintillator layer is 10% or less.7.
