A polymer made by reacting a polyisocyanate with a compound having the formula below. Ris an organic group. Ris an aliphatic group. Ris an aliphatic group. The polyisocyanate reactants are at least 50 mol % aromatic polyisocyanates. The reaction forms urea groups from the isocyanate groups of the polyisocyanate and the NH groups of the compound. 2. The polymer of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the compound and the polyisocyanate is at least trifunctional and the other of the compound and the polyisocyanate is at least bifunctional.3. The polymer of claim 1 , wherein Ris methyl.4. The polymer of claim 1 , wherein Ris ethyl.5. The polymer of claim 1 , wherein Ris methyl or t-butyl.6.
