A system for forming a waterproof seam between to sewn materials. The seam is formed using an adhesive coated thread. A thin strip of adhesive is placed between the two materials at the seam line. As the coated thread is sewn into the seam heat and pressure are simultaneously applied, melting the adhesive coating thereby filling the needle punctures. The melted adhesive coating will also flow into the areas between the needles punctures and between the materials. The heat and pressure applied to the coated thread will also melt the adhesive strip, causing additional adhesive to flow into the needle punctures and the areas between needle punctures.

Disclosed is a deployable garment venting device that offsets the beltline of a wearer's trousers from the body of the wearer to allow an air gap such that heat and moisture is released and airflow is achieved across the trouser beltline. The device comprises a flexible frame member bordering an internal mesh web. The preferred embodiment comprises a pair of straps that deform the frame into a deployed state, bowing out the frame and creating a non-planar structure to offset a trouser beltline. The straps comprise clips for attachment to the wearer's beltline, whereby the frame can be released from the strap tension and thus stowed against the user's body in a planar state. Embodiments include of the frame straps include hooks that releasable maintain the frame's distorted shape, tensionable straps, and a frame that folds onto itself when disconnected from the user for condensed storage. 1. The trouser of the invention is made of fabrics containing spandex fibers to gather the tissues of the thighs and buttocks in order to house them in a cavity made by the cuts featured in this invention. The insertion of an anterior/posterior oblique panel accomplishes the function of protecting, ventilating and preventing pressure on the genital area. Cuts made in the rear pieces when assembled create the cavity sufficient to accommodate the buttocks and retain them. As a whole, it prevents the seams and cuts from causing harm or insult to the skin. The shape of the back pockets in the central sides have a diagonal line, which when placed in the rear give the effect of separation and greater roundness of the buttocks, all this achieving to differentiate the silhouette of a traditional trouser with jeans or trousers as presented as an invention herein with adjustment in the thighs without disrupting the genital area of the wearer user interested in enhancing their buttocks naturally and comfortably.

A majority of threads of the knitted fabric are yarns other than a thermally-fused thermoplastic yarn, such as polyester, nylon, polypropylene, cellulose, polyurethane. At least one thread of the knitted fabric is a thermally-fused thermoplastic yarn that is knitted integrally in the knitted fabric and is located within N millimeters from an edge or an opening of the garment, wherein N is in the range of 0 to 10 millimeters. Heating is achieved by electrical heating of a heater pad member having a reflective metal foil on one side of the heater pad and thermally conductive PVF sheets on the opposite side. On the one hand, the metal foil reflects optical radiation toward a human body, while on the other hand, the PVF sheets direct infrared radiation into the human body. Control electronics and the heater pad are contained in separate pockets of the garment that are electrically connected together.
