Lip balm strip is a sheet of material that conveniently dispenses lip balm. A section of the lip balm strip is not covered in lip balm which provides a clean surface for the user to hold on to. An apparatus for applying solid paint to the skin includes a housing having opposite first and second ends, a first quantity of solid paint in a first receptacle, a second quantity of solid paint in a second receptacle, and an actuator for longitudinally shifting the first receptacle relative to the housing.
