The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and health supplement for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis, the composition and supplement having as active ingredients extract of a galenical mixture including sophora root, licorice, lonicer aflower, Korean angelica root, Korean aralia root, saussurea root, seselos radix, zizyphus spinosi, Houttuynia cordata, forsythia fruit, lappa fruit, Epimedium koreanum Nakai, ginseng, lithospermum, oleoresin, cnidium, scorophulariae radix, and reynoutria, or lactobacillus fermentation of the galenical extract prepared by inoculating lactobacillus to the galenical extract and fermenting same. An anesthetic and therapeutic composition for use in aquaculture includes an essential oil preferably thyme oil that is mixed with ethanol in an amount of one part essential oil preferably thyme oil to five parts ethanol. The essential oil ethanol mixture is then dispersed in water preferably seawater to provide 10 to 60 ppm of essential oil. The oxygen in the composition is between about 5.00 and 6.5 mg/L and in a preferred embodiment is enhanced by an agar stabilizer. The invention also contemplates treating fish such as sheam and sobaity and shrimp and seahorse to reduce stress and maintain a temperature of about 20°-27° C. 1. Nanoemulsion compositions, and lipid nanoparticle compositions, comprising natural bioactive agents with natural surfactants, such as saponins from the plant and/or phospholipids derived from lecithin. The nanoemulsions are able to increase the bioavailability of the bioactive materials from plant and other sources (e.g. CBD, nutraceuticals, and vitamins). In an embodiment, the composition further comprises Terpenes or Terpenoids, Piperine, and Chitosan. The nanoemulsions are water-soluble and possess a droplet size (e.g. about 43 to 50 nm), which is better or comparable to those made with synthetic surfactants. Furthermore, the nanoemulsions increase the absorption and bioavailability of the bioactive component while decreasing the pre-systemic elimination and first-pass effect of the liver. Prior art describes methods for making whole-plant extracts from the plant. Terpenes and cannabinoids are classes of compounds found inherently in those extracts. But, because those extracts contain hundreds of different, and sometimes counteracting, compounds, they are not the most effective treatments for common health issues. The present invention relates to a method for preparing an herbal composition with increased fat-soluble polyphenols, an herbal composition prepared by the method, and a use of the composition. The herbal composition with increased fat-soluble polyphenols of the present invention is characterized by the significantly increased content of fat-soluble polyphenols including decursin, compared with the herbal composition of comparative example, and also demonstrates a significant anti-oxidative activity, immune cell activating effect, and cancer cell growth inhibitory effect, significantly reduces renal toxicity and liver toxicity induced by the anticancer agent cisplatin back so as to be almost normal condition, and significantly inhibits the intestinal crypt loss caused by irradiation, compared with the herbal composition of comparative example. Therefore, the herbal composition with increased fat-soluble polyphenols of the present invention can be effectively used as a composition for cancer treatment, an anti-cancer adjuvant, a composition for enhancing immune function, a composition for protecting a living body, and a composition for preventing side effects of cancer treatment. 1. A medical dressing and analgesic formulation that is operable to provide pain relief to an injured area of the human body wherein the medical dressing is constructed so as to allow a user to create a customized size for each application of the medical dressing. The medical dressing further includes a body being planar in manner having a plurality of contiguous portions that are separated by a perforation. Each contiguous portion includes a medicament layer thereon that is operable to treat an injured are for pain. The contiguous portions in one embodiment of the medical dressing are further configured to be divisible into four quadrants wherein the user can select as few as one quadrant or more than one quadrant of each continuous portion so as to size the medical dressing to the appropriate size needed to treat the desired area of the body. 1. An analgesic formulation comprising:Menthol, wherein the menthol is from about 1.25% wt to about 16% wt;Polyacrylic acid, wherein the polyacrylic acid is from about 0.1% wt to about 10% wt; andGlycerin, wherein the glycerin is from about 5% wt to about 80% wt.2. The analgesic formulation as recited in claim 1 , and further comprising from 5% wt to about 75% of Pine Resin and 0.01% wt and to about 1% wt of eucalyptus claim 1 , juniper berry and wintergreen.3. The analgesic formulation as recited in claim 2 , and further comprising from about 0.5% wt to about 5% wt titanium.4. The analgesic formulation as recited in claim 3 , and further comprising from about 0.5% wt to about 5% wt kaolin.5. The analgesic formulation as recited in claim 4 , and further comprising from about 0.01% wt to about 1.2% wt aluminum hydroxide.6.
