A method for processing electronic and electrical device component scrap , comprising sorting electronic and electrical device component scrap by wind powder sorting to remove plate-shaped materials containing valuable metals included in the electronic and electrical device component scrap , and then sorting resulting sorted objects by magnetic sorting.2. The method for processing electronic and electrical device component scrap according to claim 1 , wherein the plate-shaped objects comprise at least one of substrates with lead wires claim 1 , substrates with no lead wire claim 1 , and ICs.3. The aim of this invention is the development of an essentially new method for production of a casing layer (casing) intended for cultivation of mushrooms/plants and the use of appropriate equipment for this purpose. The invention allows the abandonment of raw materials with desired structure and enables making of preferred structure by using locally available low-quality raw materials, which is particularly relevant for countries having no raw materials suitable for the production of mushroom casing. The essence of this method is that a raw paste of ingredients is subjected to mechanical action and in the course of this action extra fibres are gradually added to the paste, fibres which quickly enter the inside of the paste and carry out the function of binding of the material being mixed (primary conglutination). Under continued mechanical action and by adding the rest of the said fibres, agglomeration of formed crumbles occurs (secondary conglutination). Thus agglomerates are formed that are later used to build the casing characterised by desired structure and resistance to mechanical action and virtually independent of the structure of raw materials used. The invention is an improved system for separating waste products into several components and then providing for total utilization thereof. The systemitized arrangement integrates numerous automatic operations to produce the separation of the components and then provides for automatically directing the separated components to ultimate destinations for total utilization. The system first processes bulk waste products such as garbage, rubbish, and other discarded material and shreds it into small size particles. The shredded waste products are then mixed with sewage sludge received from another source. The mixture is then processed through a controlled sludge composting means. At this point a first benefit is derived by means of hot exhaust air from the controlled sludge composting means being directed to a hot house structure to aid in the growth of food products. Following the controlled sludge composting means the resulting compost is separated by screening and the fine material is further cured for direct use in agriculture and gardening type operations. The large particles are further separated by magnetic and ballistic means into various components for specified distribution and uses. Concurrently, following the aforementioned shredder, a high velocity air classifier directs the paper, light plastics, and similar waste matter to an incinerating process for generating steam which is used for heating, generating electricity, and other useful purposes. The automatic operations eliminates the need for manual labor for separation and classification operations.

本发明公开了一种农业机械用小麦除杂装置,包括除杂箱和筛分箱,所述除杂箱的底部固定连接有出料管,所述出料管的一端与筛分箱上的进料口固定连接,所述筛分箱的底部固定安装在支撑台的顶部上,所述支撑台的底部卡接有移动轮,所述筛分箱的底部一侧设有第一出料口,所述除杂箱的顶部固定连接有进料管,所述进料管的顶端固定安装有进料漏斗,所述除杂箱的外壳表面上设有控制面板,所述除杂箱的内部固定安装有吹风箱。本发明结构设计合理,通过在除杂箱的内部设有接料盘,接料盘与出料管相连接,并且接料盘与除杂箱底部的高度为5‑7cm,这样可以有效的避免停留在除杂箱内部的杂质通过出料管进入到筛分箱中。

Способ сухой концентрации алмазосодержащей руды включает двухстадиальную дезинтеграцию исходной руды дроблением, классификацию дробленой руды с направлением надрешетного класса на вторую стадию дробления руды, последующее обогащение промпродуктов по раздельным классам крупности, их классификацию и дезинтеграцию, аспирацию. Двухстадиальную дезинтеграцию руды дроблением проводят в валково-зубчатых дробилках. После аспирации подрешетный продукт классификации дробленой руды направляют на обогащение, концентрат которого направляют на обогатительную фабрику, а хвосты в отвал. Промпродукт среднего класса крупности направляют на обогащение, концентрат которого направляют на обогатительную фабрику. Хвосты после классификации направляют на дезинтеграцию промпродукта с последующим направлением его после аспирации на обогащение. Обогащение промпродукта среднего класса крупности проводят рентгенографической сепарацией, а обогащение подрешетного продукта классификации проводят полиэнергетической сепарацией. Полиэнергетическую сепарацию проводят по совокупности разделительных свойств полезного продукта, определяемых последовательным облучением несколькими видами излучения различных энергетических диапазонов, например рентгеновским, ультрафиолетовым и инфракрасным излучениями, при движении потока материала по конвейерной ленте. Виброцентробежный сепаратор состоит из корпуса, рабочего органа, вращательного и вибрационного привода рабочего органа, причем индукторы вибрационного привода жестко закреплены на основании, а ротором является кольцо с симметричными сквозными отверстиями, подвижное и подпружиненное в вертикальной плоскости, выполненное из металла с высокой электропроводностью. Для привода вращательного и вибрационного движения рабочего органа используется один асинхронный двигатель, состоящий из нескольких индукторов дугообразной формы, в которых часть пазов для укладки обмотки выполнена перпендикулярно образующей оси ротора, а другая часть параллельно образующей оси ротора. Обмотка, уложенная в параллельные пазы, является продолжением обмотки, уложенной в перпендикулярные пазы. Обмотки индукторов соединены последовательно. Часть ротора, которая находится напротив части индукторов с параллельными пазами, не имеет сквозных симметричных отверстий. Отрезок 2, расположенный после ВП 6, выполнен из двух участков 9, 9Ъ с различными радиусами кривизны. Причем радиус кривизны участка 9, примыкающего непосредственно к ВП 6, больше радиуса кривизны участка 9Ъ, примыкающего к отрезку 3. Воздушный поток описывает вокруг ВП 6 кривую траекторию. За счет этого кажда  отдельна  частица встречаетс  с воздушным потоком поперек ее траектории полета и образуетс  максимально большей веер материала.
