本发明公开一种大型带内筋带导轨的矩形型材制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:(1)、构件升温:套设型材的内芯机构装入加热炉,待加热到合适温度后,将型材与内芯调入进料支架;(2)、轧制准备:推进机构的阶梯油缸与内芯机构连接,牵引机构的阶梯油缸伸长后连接内芯机构;(3)、轧制:开动制造设备,进料支架,推进机构和牵引机构阶梯油缸同时工作,推动型材、内芯咬入轧辊机构的辊轧,两排矩形排布的辊轧41分别以大下压量和小下压量对型材进行轧制,轧辊机构将型材轧制并运传到出料支架;(4)、下料:推进机构和牵引机构依次回缩,牵引机构回缩时带出内芯机构,内芯机构与型材分离。本方法可快速加工满足长度要求、强度要求的矩形型材。
