Устройство для безогневой резки труб

Указанный технический результат достигается тем, что устройство, содержащее тележку, выполненную в виде несущей рамы с опорными колесами, охватывающие трубу приводные цепи и установленный на тележке режущий инструмент с приводом его врезания, редуктором, механизмом резания и механизмом подачи инструмента, выполнено с возможностью изменения межосевого расстояния колес и снабжено двумя независимыми механизмами натяжения цепи, узлом подачи смазочно-охлаждающей жидкости на инструмент и смонтированной на трубе цилиндрической направляющей с жестко закрепленным на ее боковой поверхности рельсом, при этом опорные колеса выполнены с канавками, ответными последнему. Привод режущего инструмента выполнен в виде закрепленного на опорной щеке несущей рамы электродвигателя, оснащенного системой защиты от перегрузок, и редуктора, связанного с последним посредством зубчатой ременной передачи. Front feet are provided at a lower part of a cutting-machine main body via a foot holder. Furthermore, a slider positioned on a front side relative to the front feet is provided at the lower part. When a workpiece to be cut is to be cut by a blade, the cutting-machine main body is tilted so as to let the blade go down. When the cutting-machine main body is tilted, a state where the front feet are in contact with the workpiece is switched to a state where the slider is in contact with the workpiece. Then, by moving the cutting-machine main body forward while sliding the slider on the workpiece, the workpiece is cut by the blade. In the cutting operation, the front feet can get away from the workpiece. Therefore, damage of the front feet can be prevented, and the running cost can be suppressed.

A method of separating food products , comprising:transporting the food product in the direction of transport with a conveying device,cutting through the food product, wherein a cutting element is moved through the food product and moved along with the food product in the direction of transport, whereinthe motion of the cutting element is controlled into a first direction and, independent of this motion, into a second direction, andthe food product does not rest on the conveying means in the cutting area.2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the motion of the cutting element through the food product is controlled independently of its motion in the direction of transport.3.
