Невысушенный лущеный березовый шпон толщиной 1,5 мм пропитывают в рабочем растворе диаммонийфосфата до поглощения сухой соли 25-35%. Концентрация рабочего раствора составляет 45%, температура 60oС, продолжительность пропитки 25 мин. После пропитки шпон опускают во второй "выравнивающий" раствор диаммонийфосфата с концентрацией 30% при температуре 65oС и выдерживают в нем в течение 2 мин. При этом содержание антипирена в шпоне становится равным 22-27%. После высушивания высолы на шпоне не появляются. Склеенная из данного шпона фанера также не имеет высолов. The method for manufacturing plywood in which the individual veneers, after adhesive has been applied, are laid alternately onto one of two piles, then subsequently one of the two piles is turned over and bonded to the top or bottom of the other. The adhesive applied to the veneers may contain an extender and/or a foaming agent to minimise the moisture content of the adhesive. The adhesive may consist of a mixture of 100 parts wt. hardener, upto 25 parts wt. extender, especially rye flour, and upto 7 parts wt. foaming agent. Preferably the adhesive has a moisture content of at most 5%. The adhesive may be applied symmetrically to both sides of the veneer or to one side only. Preferably the plywood is pressed immediately after assembly in a hot press operating to a press cycle.

The orientation in one layer (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) can be an orientation of direction (longitudinal direction, transversal direction) but can also be a random orientation. The thickness of a layer (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) is 2 to approximately 50 mm and the overall thickness of the solid body which is configured as a plate is 30 to approximately 150 mm.

The present disclosure provides embodiments of a lapper assembly for use to overlap successive sheets of wood veneer or other materials along a conveyor. The lapper assembly may include a stop member configured to be rotatably mounted to a roller such that the stop member is pivotable around the rotational axis of the roller independently of the rotational angle of the roller. The lapper assembly may further include a lever arm coupled to one end of the stop member. An actuator may be pivotably coupled to the lever arm and the conveyor frame, and operated to pivot the stop member between a workpiece engaging position, in which the stop member extends into the path of workpiece flow, and a workpiece disengaging position below the path. Optionally, the lapper assembly roller and other rollers upstream/downstream may be operatively connected to a drive. Corresponding systems and methods are also disclosed herein.

A laminated plywood hammerboard for a drop forge press comprised of a series of plies of hard, high density wood preferably of the order of a peeled hard maple veneer with the grain of at least most of said veneer plies running along its length, each of said plies of the hammerboard having a thickness in the range of 1/32" to 3/16", and glue deposited between the plies securing the plies together and providing a relatively large number of hard glue surfaces enhancing the wearability of the board, the edges of each ply disposed at opposite ends of the hammerboard rather than along the width thereof, thus enabling each roller to engage an outer side surface of the outermost ply on each side of the hammerboard rather than directly against opposite edges of each ply.

The present invention discloses a method for preparation of formaldehyde-free plywood from scrap plastic alloys. Different scrap plastics are used to prepare plastic alloy film, which is then used as an adhesive material for the preparation of new plywood without formaldehyde emission. The formaldehyde-free plywood according to the present invention is prepared by the following steps: different scrap plastics are crushed, cleaned separately, and then corresponding fillers and additives are added to the above crushed material or their mixtures which mixed according to a certain blending ratio; plastic alloy film of certain size and thickness is prepared after the film blowing and rolling processes; after being assembled with wood veneers to form a lay-up mat, the mat is hot pressed and then cold pressed. The present invention provides a method of preparing non-toxic and environmentally friendly formaldehyde-free plywood, solving the problem that the environment and human beings being poisoned by the free formaldehyde released from ordinary plywood and at the same time providing a way of recycling and reusing scrap plastics.

The present invention relates to a reconstituted wood panel, and more particularly to a reconstituted wood panel with natural wood grain and manufacturing method thereof. The reconstituted wood panel with natural wood grain of the present invention is manufactured by peeling or slicing the logs to obtain veneers with thickness of 3˜20 mm, and then impregnating with adhesive and hot pressing. The compression ratio is ≥10%, and the density is 0.7˜1.3 g/cm3, and the thickness swelling rate is ≤3.0% and the internal bonding strength is ≥3.0 MPa. By comparing the sawn wood board of the same tree species, the density of the reconstituted wood panel with natural wood grain is increased by 10% or more, and the thickness swelling rate is reduced by 20% or more, and the internal bonding strength has a growth of 35% or more. The panel of the present invention is manufactured by firstly peeling or slicing to obtain thick veneer(s) with splitting injury, and then impregnating with the adhesive to repair splits of veneers. The panel has advantages of good toughness, high strength, good dimensional stability, low sawline wastage, and short drying time, high production efficiency, low energy consumption and being environmentally friendly. 1. A fan blade has a body made of plywood/fiberboard and having two opposite ends, at least one assembling hole disposed at one of the two opposite ends of the body, and a tip disposed at the other one of the two opposite ends of the body and being flat or curved. A manufacturing method for the fan blade has four steps. Step 1: manufacturing plywood panels/fiberboards by carpentry machining. Step 2: adhering paper/veneers/melamine paper to the plywood panels/fiberboards. Cutting the plywood panels/fiberboards into shape to form the body. Step 3: cleaning debris on the body. Step 4: coating a pattern being consistent with patterns of the upper and bottom surfaces of the body on the circumferential edge of the body by heat pressing. With the pattern printed on the circumferential edge of the body, the fan blade is consistent in appearance.

The synthetic wood material has improved thermal stability and moldability during molding while increasing the filling density to modify the surface.
