Устройство для изготовления ПЭТ-тары из преформы

Полезная модель относится к устройствам для изготовления ёмкостей из материалов в пластическом состоянии, в частности для формирования полых изделий типа ПЭТ-тары путём раздува предварительно нагретых заготовок. Исполнение устройства описанным образом обеспечивает повышение его надёжности по сравнению с прототипом. Вследствие выполнения канавок не в полуформах 21 (как в прототипе), а в пластинах 18 рамных частей 10 обеспечивается возможность использования различных материалов для их изготовления. В частности, для изготовления полуформ 21 возможно применение алюминиевого сплава. Алюминиевый сплав обладает необходимыми показателями теплопроводности для предотвращения прилипания ПЭТ-тары, а также необходимыми показателями мягкости для изготовления полуформ 21 различных объёмов и конфигурации. Для пластин 18 рамных частей 10, возможно применение более твёрдого и износостойкого материала, такого как сталь. Использование стали повышает износостойкость канавок 17, взаимодействующих с выступами 22 для осуществления фиксации взаимного положения полуформ 21. Выполнение канавок 17 в пластинах 18, а не в полуформах 21 также способствует увеличению срока службы полуформ 21 и устройства в целом.
