The method includes receiving, at a printing apparatus, blank cartons that have been cut and creased to be ready for folding and at least one of gluing, tucking and locking. A vacuum belt conveyor sequentially delivers sheet articles to a digital printer. The sheets are held in position by vacuum on the underside of the sheets through apertures in the belts and covered by the sheets. A plurality of independent plenums on the underside of the belt have chambers respectively communicating with rows of apertures extending along the belt. Vacuum is selectively applied from a manifold only to the plenum chambers that supply apertures that are covered by the sheets so that the ink from the printer will not be directed from its intended position on the sheet by vacuum from adjacent uncovered belt apertures. The sheets are fed to the conveyor in synchronism with the conveyor speed by a timed feeder so that the sheets are carried by the conveyor with a predetermined gap between the sheets and no belt apertures in the gap. 본 발명은 톰슨기(T) 상으로 합지(B)를 순차적으로 자동 급지하는 급지장치에 관련되며, 그 구성의 특징으로서 상기 톰슨기(T)의 최하류측에 위치하도록 설치되고, 적재된 합지(B)를 연속적으로 도입하는 도입테이블(11)을 구비하는 도입유니트(10); 상기 도입유니트(10)의 일측에 인접하도록 설치되고, 합지(B)를 도입 받아 연속으로 공급하는 리프트(21)를 구비하는 적재유니트(20); 상기 적재유니트(20)의 상부측에 인접하도록 설치되고, 합지(B)를 흡착하여 이송하는 흡착패드(31)와 이송벨트(35)를 구비하는 이송유니트(30); 및 상기 이송유니트(30)의 하류측에 인접하도록 설치되고, 합지(B)를 한 장씩 공급하는 로딩대(41)와 공급대(45)를 구비하는 공급유니트(40);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 자동화 포장박스 설비라인에서 합지를 안정적으로 다음 공정에 연속적으로 자동 급지하여 양산 시스템의 안정화를 달성하고, 작동의 효율성, 신속성, 정확성은 물론 불량률을 최소화하여 공정 간의 생산 격차를 줄여 제품 수율과 생산성 향상하면서도 안전사고를 미연에 방지하여 공정 자동화의 효율을 더욱 더 기여하는 효과가 있다.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Abpacken von gruppierten Einzelpackungen, insbesondere vorverpackten Lebensmittelprodukten, wie Butter, Margarine oder dgl. in einen Umkarton oder dgl. mit Hilfe einer sich zumindest bis in den Bereich eines um eine im wesentlichen vertikale Achse (5) schrittweise drehbar gelagerten Drehtellers (4) oder dgl. erstreckenden Zuführeinrichtung für Einzelpackungen, die in bis auf eine oben liegende Einfüllöffnung geschlossene Kammern (18) des Drehtellers gebracht werden, die nacheinander durch Verdrehen des Drehtellers in Ausrichtung mit einem oberhalb des Drehtellers gelegenen Falt- und Niederhaltereinrichtung (9) für Packmittelzuschnitte und durch eine stufenweise Höhenverstellung des Drehtellers einschließlich der Falteinrichtung zwecks lagenbildung der Einzelpackungsgruppen in unterschiedlich hoch gelegene Aufnahmeposition verstellbar sind.
