A photography element and a photography method with a projecting light source. An illuminating light emitted by the projecting light source illuminates an object to be detected. A camera photographs the object to produce a picture. A control module including a picture analyzing and processing module and a light compensation module adjusts color or brightness of the illuminating light, and presets threshold for grayscale values of pixels of the picture. The picture analyzing and processing module compares the grayscale values with the threshold. For a partial region of the picture where grayscale values are not within the threshold, the light compensation module adjusts a partial of the projecting light source to illuminate a corresponding partial region of the object so that the projecting light source emits another illuminating light to re-illuminate the object. The camera re-photographs the object until every pixel meets the threshold to produce a clear picture.

This disclosure describes an optical spatial filtering technique for detecting hole-type defects and excess spot defects in photomasks used in making microcircuits. An approximate form factor intensity filter provides suppression of the regularly shaped mask features. For masks with features whose boundaries are along only the X-Y direction, this filter advantageously is a cross placed in the transform plane. With rectangular features suppressed, only nonrectangular defect data passes. Spots as small as 0.1 mil are detected and displayed on a TV monitor; or, using a photomultiplier tube, signals are stored on an oscilloscope or by a recorder for analysis, or counted with a pulse counter. Masks or circuits on opaque substrates are also inspected by this method.

Техническим результатом является расширение арсенала технических средств, направленных на получение цифровых двойников документа. Предложен способ получения цифровых двойников документа в виде бумажного носителя текстовой информации или в виде изображения текстового документа, предназначенных для выявления подделок в исследуемом документе. Согласно способу осуществляют выведение изображения упомянутого документа на экран первого монитора, который в заданной последовательности с изменением угла освещения поочередно и/или одновременно освещают с помощью упомянутых световых излучателей через соответствующие световые фильтры, ультрафиолетовых излучателей, излучателей белого света и инфракрасных излучателей. The appts. has a diode laser (1), a light modulator (M) (EALSM) associated with a video camera (2), and a high-pass filter (3) which does not allow high spatial frequencies to pass, and an appts. To ameliorate the spectral contrast, a modulator acts on the beam polarisation before the spectral filter, and the filtering is performed on the zero order spatial frequencies. Laser identifier for finger prints has the spatially modulated beam resulting from illumination of the fingerprint, focused to produce a spatial frequency pattern in a Fourier transformation plane of the processor. The light from this pattern is received to give an image of the fingerprint in an image plane, in which light detectors are located at discrete positions to respond to respective finite scanning regions of the fingerprint where the lines are to be investigated. Space filters in the Fourier transformation plane scan the spatial frequency pattern and produce an extreme value at the respective detectors successively corresp. to the alignment of the lines in the associated scanning regions. The time interval is determined between a previously selected time reference and the instant of appearance of an extreme value of the light intensity at each light detector.

The method for detecting a "multicopter"-type UAV is based on the following statements: motors of "multicopters" have a certain heating temperature, the value whereof depends on the power of the electric engine, the modes of operation of the "multicopters", e.g., climb, flight, hovering; the temperature of the motors of "multicopters" is invariant to the ambient temperature and, therefore, in the image obtained from the thermal imager, the thermal point areas of the motors are visible against the atmospheric background of the controlled zone; the structurally mutual position of the motors of "multicopter"-type UAVs, depending on the number of motors, forms regular geometric shapes, such as square, hexagon and octagon, in the projection on the plane of the screen of the thermal imaging camera.
