A collapsible device, suitable for display purposes, comprises a base 1, a former 3 and a flexible sheet 2. The device is transformed from a substantially flat condition into an erected condition by twisting of the former relative to the base such that the flexible sheet forms a 3D shape, preferably a cone. The base may be card or rigid plastic, and the flexible sheet may be plastic, paper or thin card. The shape may be a decorative item or, if made from a mirrored material it may reflect an image printed on the device.

The present invention and related disclosure describes greeting cards with moving elements or devices which are operable to create motion in connection with some portion of the greeting card. The greeting card may include a multi-panel greeting card body or a three-dimensional foam greeting card body. At least one movable object is contained upon or within the greeting card body. A sound module having at least one pre-recorded digital audio file saved therein and a motor module are contained and concealed within the greeting card body. One or more switches may be used to activate the sound and motor modules, causing the pre-recorded audio file to play and causing movement of the movable or mobile object.

Gift card holder

A combination gift card holder and message delivery package facilitates the identification of a gift card contained within the package while presenting the recipient with an accompanying message prior to fully revealing the gift card. In two embodiments of the package includes first, second and third panels. The first and second panels are connected with one another along a common edge and are pivotable with respect to each other. Similarly, the third panel and the second panel are connected with one another along a common edge. On both embodiments the second and third panels have cutouts therein. The gift card is positioned in the package between the second and third panels thereby exposing a portion of a front surface of the gift card through the cutout in the third panel and exposing a portion of a rear surface of the gift card through the cutout in the second panel. In this way, the package at least partially conceals the gift card while exposing an identification marking thereon.

A mailer intermediate, foldable into postcard size, includes a generally rectangular sheet of card stock having first and second side edges, first and second end edges, and first and second faces. A pop-up card includes an erectable pop-up display structure that can be easily removed from the card to be displayed. The pop-up card is foldable between closed and opened positions. The card includes a slot therein for holding the pop-up display structure. The pop-up display structure comprises a plurality of intersecting slice-form elements mounted on a foldable base. At least a portion of the foldable base is removably inserted in the slot such that when the card is closed, the foldable base is folded and the pop-up display structure is in a flattened state. A greeting card comprising:a greeting card body comprising an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper and lower portions being connected at a pivot point;a sound module contained within the greeting card body which is operative to store and playback at least one audio clip;wherein partially pivoting the upper portion of the greeting card body away from or towards the lower portion of the greeting card body triggers the sound module to play the at least one audio clip.8. The greeting card of further comprising a die cut shape which appears when the upper portion of the greeting card body is pivoted away from the lower portion of the greeting card body.9. The greeting card of further comprising a die cut shape which appears when the upper portion of the greeting card body is pivoted toward the lower portion of the greeting card body.10. An interactive greeting card with a multi-panel insert which can be unfurled over a portion of the greeting card. In one embodiment, there is a photo or drawing of a character or animal printed on the front cover. A tab is located to the left of and behind the photo or drawing. When a user grasps and moves the tab, a multi-panel paper construct unfurls around the photo or drawing and appears as a wig atop the head of the character or animal depicted in the photo or drawing. Audio replay may also triggered by moving the tab from its original position. A generally rectangular housing having a substantially thicker dimension than conventional playing cards has its thickness obscured by the use of angled facets along the upper and lower portions of each surrounding edge. The top portion of the playing card defines a rotating panel which is rotatably movable within the surrounding housing between alternate positions separated by one hundred eighty degrees. A spring and lock mechanism allows the rotating panel to be rotated against the spring force to a first position and locked in that first position. A greeting card has a card body comprising at least a front panel and electrical components. The front panel contains an opening that acts as a track. A spinner including two wheels spaced apart and coupled together with an axle rotatably engages the track are positioned on opposite sides of the front panel. The spinner moves along the track by virtue of gravity when the greeting card is being tilted. The electrical components may include a power source, a sound module having an audio file stored therein, a speaker, and a switch located adjacent to the track. The spinner activates the switch when the spinner moves adjacent to the location of the switch which in turn initiates playback of the audio file through the speaker.

SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES FOR PRODUCING PRODUCTS HAVING CARDS ATTACHED THERETO

Systems and processes for producing a product having a carrier and a card secured thereto. Such a process includes providing a blank having a card panel and carrier panel that are contiguous with a fold line therebetween. The process further includes cutting the card panel to at least partially define a partial cutout card therein such that a remaining portion of the card panel surrounds the partial cutout card, folding the card panel over and onto the carrier panel such that the partial cutout card is secured to the carrier panel with an adhesive, and then removing the remaining portion so that the remaining portion is separated from the partial cutout card, and the partial cutout card remains secured to the carrier panel and defines at least a portion of the card of the product. 1. A process of manufacturing a finished , mail-ready product comprising a single-page or multi-page carrier and at least one single-ply or multi-ply card secured thereto , the process comprising printing , cutting , gluing , and folding a single , individual contiguous blank to form the finished , mail-ready product , wherein the carrier and the card are never physically separate or out of contact with one another throughout the process.2. The process of claim 1 , wherein the blank comprises at least one card panel and the process further comprises:performing a die-cutting step on the card panel between any of the printing, cutting, gluing, and folding steps to form a partially cut-out card; and thensubsequently forming the card from the partially cut-out card.3. GIFT CARD PRESENTER FOR GREETING CARDS

A gift card presenter for holding a gift card within a greeting card is provided. The presenter comprises a body for holding the gift card, and a coupling element for coupling the body to the greeting card. In one embodiment, the presenter may comprise a paper mechanic coupled to first and second interior faces of the greeting card, the paper mechanic configured to hold the greeting card and display it when the greeting card is opened. In another embodiment, the presenter comprises a body for holding the gift card, the body having a first half and a second half that each include interior and exterior faces. The presenter may be opened to display or partially display the greeting card. The presenter may be coupled to the inside and/or the outside of the greeting card, to provide a pleasing presentation of the gift card given with the greeting card. 1. In one embodiment, the greeting card body is arranged in a single plane, having first, second, third, and fourth panels that are foldable along multiple fold lines to arrange the greeting card body into a plurality of folded positions. In a first, collapsed position, the greeting card is folded such that each of the multiple panels is parallel to a single plane, thereby enabling mailing of the folded greeting card.
