The holder has N lock gear guides which guide each lock gear to slide along a guide round surface having a predetermined rotation center thus sliding between the locking position and the unlocking position with a predetermined operating clearance, and among the N lock gear guides, N−1 lock gear guides have the guide round surface which has its rotation center for the lock gear guided by the guide round surface to make its outer teeth fully interlock with the inner teeth of the sector gear, and the remaining 1 lock gear guide has its guide round surface which has a displaced rotation center for the lock gear guided by the guide round surface to make only one side tooth surfaces of its outer teeth interlock with the inner teeth of the sector gear. Therefore, a round recliner is provided which can prevent a seatback from rattling and endure a significant outer impact even if there is operating clearance between the lock gears and the lock gear guides.

A seat assembly for an automotive vehicle includes a seat cushion and a seat back for pivotal movement between an upright seating position and a forwardly dumped position. A recliner mechanism is provided for selectively actuating between a locked and unlocked condition allowing the pivotal movement of the seat back. A seat track assembly provides selective actuation between a locked and unlocked condition allowing fore and aft sliding movement of the seat assembly between a design position and a full forward position. An easy entry memory mechanism is operatively coupled to the recliner mechanism and the seat track assembly for selectively actuating the seat track assembly to the unlocked condition and provide movement of the seat assembly to the full forward position in response to pivotal movement of the seat back to the forwardly dumped position while maintaining memory of the design position.

A fixing device for a vehicle seat, especially for a motor vehicle seat, includes a multi-articulated mechanism and a locking device that unlocks the multiarticulated mechanism when the vehicle scat is pivoted or folded back past a defined limiting angle, enabling the vehicle seat to be guided, especially pivoted and longitudinally moved, in a controlled manner, between an unlocked first position and an unlocked second position or vice versa. 1. The fixing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the locking device has at least one pin-slot guide for for at least one of unlocking and guiding the multi-articulated linkage and one blocking device for unlocking the vehicle seat.3. The fixing device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein claim 2 , for locking or unlocking claim 2 , the vehicle seat is guidable in a controlled manner via the pin-slot guide between a locked first or second position and an unlocked first or second position or vice versa.4. A seat track assembly includes a latch mechanism operable to allow movement of a movable track relative to a fixed track between a plurality of positions. A memory mechanism is operable between a home position, coupled with the movable track, and a memory position, coupled with the fixed track, to define a selected position. Actuation of the memory mechanism to the memory position unlocks the latch mechanism to allow movement of the movable track in a first direction away from the selected position to an easy-entry position. In response to movement of the movable track in a second direction from the easy-entry position, the memory mechanism blocks the movable track at the selected position, allowing the latch mechanism to lock and the memory mechanism to return to the home position.
