A foldable golf bag cart includes a connecting seat that has two tubular walls, each of which is formed with an interior pivot hole and a swing hole, and a positioning member that is movably mounted on a rear wheel leg. The swing hole has a swing section, an abutment section, and an insert section. When the positioning member is moved in the insert section, the rear wheel leg is pushed into the abutment section so that the rear wheel leg is prevented from moving forwardly and rearwardly. A recumbent human-powered vehicle is propelled by a reciprocating thrust motion using a linear drive mechanism connected by flexible power links to a double overrunning clutch transmission with returning springs. Disclosed is a recumbent bicycle having a frame with at least one tubular member having a lumen. Mounted to the frame are a rear wheel assembly and a transmission assembly. The transmission assembly can include a first gear, a second gear, and a chain that extends from the first gear to the second gear and through the lumen of the at least one tubular member. Pedals and crank arms can mount to the second gear, which is slidable relative to the first gear to vary the position of the second gear relative to a seat mounted to the frame. A suspension assembly can mount a pair of front wheels to the frame at a location intermediate of the first portion and the second portion of the frame. The bicycle enables riders of different leg lengths to use the recumbent bicycle, while the suspension assembly cushions the rider during use.

A recumbent bicycle including a frame that defines a frame front end and a frame rear end. The frame has a longitudinal main tube. The main tube is divided into a main tube front section that is telescopically inserted into a main tube rear section so as to form a frame that is adjustable in length. A forked yoke is pivotally fixed to the main tube front section. A front wheel is rotatably mounted on the yoke. A rear wheel is rotatably fixed to the main frame adjacent the frame rear end. A pedal assembly part of a driving mechanism for driving the rear wheel is mounted on the main tube front section adjacent the frame front end. A seat is mounted on the main tube rear section adjacent the frame rear end. A handle assembly is pivotally mounted on the main tube rear section adjacent the seat. A linkage rod operatively connects the handle assembly to the front wheel yoke for transmitting the rotation of the handle assembly to the yoke. The linkage rod is preferably slidably mounted on a handlebar central member part of the handle assembly. The slidable movement of the linkage rod on the handlebar central member allows an intended user to modify the steering ratio between the rotation of the handlebar assembly and the corresponding rotation of the front wheel yoke. The seat is provided with inflatable air bags that are adapted to modify the contour and consistency of the various seat sections. A pair of crash bars extends laterally from the frame adjacent the handlebars so as to prevent the handlebars from coming into contact with the ground surface upon a sideward tilt of the bicycle. The driving mechanism includes a pair of chain and sprocket assemblies which are connected in series through a common intermediate sprocket axis. A windshield is mounted adjacent the frame front end.

A golf cart control and monitoring system, includes a signal transmitter, at least one antenna, a receiving and processing apparatus, and an event log device. The signal transmitter transmits a plurality of electromagnetic digitally modulated signals. The receiving and processing apparatus receives the electromagnetic signals radiating from each antenna and processes the signals to determine the position of the cart with respect to each antenna and correspondingly with respect to the prespecified feature. A control signal is outputted therefrom representative of the location of the cart. The event log device is responsive to the control signals and generates historical log of how long and how many times the golf cart is located within course restricted areas. In another embodiment, digital signals are radiated from antennas proximate designated start areas, designated stop areas and designated intermediate cart travel positions to track time of play and to provide displays of same to a cart operator. The receiving and processing apparatus includes a memory to store the event device historical log and playtime information for later retrieval by course representatives.

A bicycle design includes a seat tube affixed to the chain stay at a fixed distance rearward of the bottom bracket so that the rider sitting on the saddle can comfortably fully extend one leg to place a foot flat on the ground or to use the proper full leg extension for pedaling. The rider sits comfortably upright on the saddle while pedaling and can pedal while standing up. Increasing the height of the saddle by extending the seat post tube for a taller rider increases the space between the saddle and the handle bars. The fixed distance may be in the range of about 4~ to 8~ and most preferably about 6~. The seat tube is preferably affixed to the chain stay frame member at an angle of about 66.5~ and the head tube at an angle of about 68~.
