Предложен способ управления подъемом двухкорпусного плавучего объекта, сущность которого заключается в том, что подъем двухкорпусного объекта выполняют усилием СПУ, адекватным массе объекта без воды в легком корпусе, для чего грузовые лебедки включают на подъем независимо от фазы волны, а следящие лебедки грузового каната устанавливают на тормоз, что приводит к сливу воды из легкого корпуса за борт до отрыва объекта от поверхности, при этом постоянное усилие натяжения грузового каната в ходе последовательных колебаний поддерживают работой амортизатора. Предложено также устройство для осуществления данного способа. Технический результат заключается в улучшении эксплуатационных характеристик СПУ, возможности снижения его массы и габаритов. 2 н.п. ф-лы, 1 ил.

There is provided a method and apparatus for lowering and/or raising a load or structure to or from the bed of a body of water. The apparatus comprises a buoyancy apparatus configured to be coupled to a load, and having positive buoyancy sufficient to lift the load. At least one receptacle is provided on the apparatus for receiving a control weight lowered from a vessel to lower or raise the assembly. The lowering method includes forming an assembly from a buoyancy apparatus and a load and submerging the assembly to a position at a first height above the bed. In a preferred embodiment the assembly is submerged by a clump weight tow system. A control weight is deployed from a vessel to the assembly to overcome the positive buoyancy of the assembly and thereby lower the load from the first height to the bed. The outboard sponsons are connected to each other in such a manner as to provide a means to trap air, water, or a mixture of air and water between said sponsons. 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cargo loading vessel, and more particularly, to a cargo loading vessel including a plurality of sidewalls disposed on each of upper and lower ends of a hull; A steering column disposed above the plurality of side walls and moving in the longitudinal direction of the hull; A cargo loading section surrounded by at least the lower surface of the wheelhouse and the opposed surfaces of the plurality of side walls and opened in the longitudinal direction of the hull; And a moving part disposed between the lower portion of the wheelhouse and the plurality of sidewalls. Therefore, it is possible to maximize the quantity of cargo to be loaded on the ship by moving the residence of the ship. A small submarine is recovered from the sea by submerging the submarine so that it is in a calm zone at a depth 3-5 m below the mean surface of the sea, attaching a lifting cable to it, maintaining the cable at a constant tension, drawing up the submarine at a lifting speed greater than that of the rising of the swell of the sea and depositing it on the deck of a ship. The submarine is brought to the surface to attack the cable and a guide cable is passed from a winch through a channel in a grab attached to the lifting cable. The grab is slid along the guide cable up to the submarine and bolted to it. The guide cable is freed and wound on to its winch. The submarine can be recoverd from aft of the ship or from the side, while the ship is under way or stopped. Movements of the submarine while it is suspended are limited. People, e.g. divers, other than the crews of the ship or the submarine are not needed and the operations are under the control of one man.

Upon engaging one container, the connector is released from the hoist and travels along the container until it reaches the second container. The connector then engages both the first and second containers, so that the first and second containers can be transported together by the hoists as a single container.
