Крышка выполнена в виде усеченной четырехугольной пирамиды со скругленными углами и ребрами и с отбортовкой по периметру. Торцевые стороны крышки оформлены выпуклостями в виде сегмента эллипсоида. Дно ячейки выполнено вогнутым. Понижения отбортовок крышки и лотка образуют каналы для воздухообмена. В месте соединения клапана с лотком на наружной поверхности клапана выполнено утолщение, повторяющее форму отбортовки лотка. Замковый механизм представляет собой связанный с лотком по линии перегиба клапан, на котором сформированы выступы, а прорези для этих выступов выполнены в боковой стенке крышки для размещения клапана внутри крышки вдоль этой боковой стенки и ввода выступов в прорези при опоре отбортовки крышки на отбортовку лотка и утолщение клапана. A bottle packaging for shipment includes a bottom tray, and a top tray made of molded pulp fiber, such as newspaper pulp, and a cardboard partition support structure disposed between the trays. Cavities formed in the bottom and top trays are arranged to engage both ends of a bottle and include crushable elements that can axially engage each bottle. The support partition may be made of corrugated cardboard material and be arranged such that the cardboard flutes provide support for loads imparted to the sides of the carton when the carton is laying on its side. The partition forms a void surrounding each bottle in the area of its labels. In this way, structural support and cushioning can be provided to the packaged bottles from all directions.

Various techniques and designs for integrating protective packaging and shipping material within large objects such as computer systems are disclosed herein. This protective material, when exposed, allows the object it is coupled with to be safely transported and shipped. In one embodiment applicable to large machines such as computer mainframes, a protective shock-absorbent material such as foam is affixed to a first face of a reversible machine cover. The machine cover may be oriented to insert and hide the protective material within the machine and expose a cover on the second face. The cover then may be placed in a reverse orientation to expose the protective material on the first face. In this way, the protective material does not need to be separately stored or provided to the customer before transport. Further, the protective material is kept in a convenient location with the machine, and when deployed will provide shock protection according to original manufacturer specifications.

Cavities formed in the bottom and top trays are arranged to engage both ends of a bottle and include crushable elements that can axially engage each bottle. The support partition may be made of corrugated cardboard material and be arranged such that the cardboard flutes provide support for loads imparted to the sides of the carton when the carton is laying on its side. A thermal protection system , relating to thermally protecting temperature-sensitive goods , comprising:a vessel configured to contain the temperature sensitive goods;a stack of at least two thermoelectric unit layers capable of active use of the Peltier effect in thermal conduction with the vessel, each thermoelectric unit layer having a cold side and a hot side;a capacitance spacer block that stores heat and provides a thermal buffer to delay transfer of heat between the stack of at least two thermoelectric unit layers, wherein a first side of the capacitance spacer block is thermally connected to the hot side of a first thermoelectric unit layer and a second side of the capacitance spacer block opposite the first side of the capacitance spacer block is thermally connected to the cold side of a second thermoelectric unit layer, thereby forming a sandwich layer that pumps heat from the first thermoelectric unit layer to the second thermoelectric layer;an energy source operably connected to each of the at least two thermoelectric unit layers, wherein the energy source is suitable to provide a ...
