Схема получения включает диазотирование 3-гидроксиантраниловой кислоты, азосочетание полученной соли диазония с сополимером N-винилпирролидона, кротоновой кислоты и кротоноиламинофенола. An absorbent resin is produced by a method which comprises treating the hydrophilic resin obtained as described above, in the surface region of the resin, in the presence of a third cross-linking agent capable of reacting with the functional group of the hydrophilic resin. The absorbent ratio of the absorbent resin with respect to physiological saline solution is able to be increased to at least 20 g/g as compared to its original level by being heat-treated at a temperature of 150 °C for 30 minutes.

These solutions are entirely clear and show the perceptible tackiness desired by the consumer. The solutions contain mixed polymers comprising acrylic acid, vinyl acetate and a monomeric surfactant copolymerisable therewith which is selected from certain types of compounds as effective adhesive components. One of the selected types of compounds is a polyoxyethylene-allyl alcohol (polyoxyethylene glycol allyl ether) of the formula IA below (IA) or its methyl ether of the formula IB below (IB) where n = 2 to 50. The adhesive solutions can be prepared in a simple manner by initially introducing an aqueous solu-tion of a surfactant and metering in the acrylic acid partially neutralised with NaOH in the form of an aqueous solution and the vinyl acetate and, if desired, a further ethylenically unsaturated comonomer over a period of several hours. The reaction is advantageously carried out at temperatures in the range from 70 to 85°C. In the case of higher monomer concentrations, molecular weight regulators, such as polyglycols and/or acetates thereof, can additionally be used in the reaction batch. In this manner, the solids content of the adhesive solution can be adjusted to the desired value in a simple manner.
