A process for producing natural rubber-based acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) powder. The process comprises introducing a portion of natural rubber, mixing divinylbenzene (DVB) with the portion of natural rubber to produce vulcanized natural rubber, mixing the vulcanized natural rubber with a monomer solution to produce grafted natural rubber, mixing a plurality of grafted polybutadiene rubbers with the grafted natural rubber to produce a latex masterbatch and mixing a coagulant to a portion of the latex masterbatch to produce natural rubber-based ABS powder. By mixing the DVB with the portion of natural rubber, an intermediate step which is required in conventional methods before the polymerization process, can be eliminated. A natural rubber-based acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) powder produced by the process is also disclosed.

본 발명은 난연 HIPS재료 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로,HIPS수지79-91중량부;브롬계 난연제 2-8중량부; 보조 난연제 3-7중량부;를 포함하며, 여기서,상기 보조 난연제는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물이다. 본 발명은 브롬계 난연제와 보조 난연제의 시너지 배합을 통해 브롬계 난연제의 양을 효과적으로 감소시켜, 안정적인 UL 94(1.5mm)V-2 난연 등급에 도달할 수 있으며; 기존 브롬계 난연 HIPS에 비해, 할로겐 함량이 낮고 가스가 적고 비용 성능이 높으며, 양호한 열안정성을 구비하고, 금형에 대한 부식성이 약하며, 사무용 기기, 영화 및 멀티미디어, 가전제품 등과 같은 얇은 벽 부품 분야에 널리 적용될 수 있다.

As a result of the multipolymerization, the physical and chemical properties of the resin are improved. The primary advantage of multipolymerization over mixtures of resin with homopolymers is that it leads to a homogeneous material, the properties of which can be regulated by adjusting the ratio of the concentration of monomers in the feed. One attractive feature is the production of low viscosity resins with reactive groups that can compete directly with oligomers and macro-monomers used in solventless inks, coatings and adhesives. The low cost of the resin, a byproduct from the extraction of hypoallergenic rubber from guayule and other plants bearing rubber or rubber- like hydrocarbons provides for hybrid low molecular weight copolymers that are cost competitive with state-of-the-art oligomers.

本发明属于锂电池封装技术领域,公开了一种橡胶型锂电池用压敏胶胶带,包括PET基材层、离型层和压敏胶层,所述压敏胶胶带的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、将PET基材一侧表面进行电晕处理形成粗糙的上胶面;S2、将离型剂涂布在PET基材的光滑面,烘烤固化得到离型层;S3、将压敏胶均匀地涂布于PET基材的上胶面,烘烤固化得到胶粘层;S4、通过设备冷却后收卷、裁切后得到所述压敏胶胶带成品。本发明压敏胶胶带离型层具有良好表面性能、脱模性能及阻隔性能,胶粘层以天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶共混物为主体材料,并与极性单体交联改性后,提高压敏胶的初粘性和剥离强度,同时橡胶型压敏胶受到锂电池电解液影响较小,在电解液中仍然保持优异的性能。
