Method for reducing medium black P2B residue

The invention relates to a method used to reduce mordant black P2B residue. According to the coupling process of the invention, the molar ratio of coupling component and diazonium component breaks the prior status that the over dose of diazonium component is not more than 5 percent; moreover, the dose of diazonium component is increased to 10 to 15 percent. Because the dose of diazonium componentis increased, the residue in reactants is reduced; therefore, the residue grade is increased from lower than a primary grade to a third grade as compared with a grey card, thereby improving the application performance of dye.
