本发明公开了一种用于柔性防水材料的脲基改性的聚丙烯酸酯水性分散体,其由包含以下物质或由以下物质组成的单体的聚合获得,基于总的单体重量计:(a)15至40重量%的苯乙烯和/或甲基丙烯酸甲酯;(b)55至70重量%的至少一种(甲基)丙烯酸C4‑8烷基酯;(c)1至10重量%的异氰酸酯;(d)0.5至3重量%的含C=C双键的胺;(e)0.5至3重量%的不含C=C双键的胺;(f)0.1至2重量%的对苯乙烯磺酸钠和/或3‑烯丙氧基‑2‑羟基‑1‑丙磺酸钠,本发明还提供了一种制备该水性分散体的方法。以该分散体制备的防水涂料具有优异的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。
