Предложенная энергоэффективная установка содержит окислительную колонну, оборудованную рубашкой охлаждения, имеющую соотношение размеров колонны длина/диаметр, равное (10-12)/1, воздуходувку, емкость с маслом, насос-дозатор для перекачки окисляемого масла из емкости в колонну, насос-дозатор для откачки окисленного масла из окислительной колонны в емкость, емкость для катализатора-сиккатива, насос-дозатор для подачи катализатора-сиккатива в смеситель, смеситель для смешения катализатора-сиккатива с маслом, емкость с охлаждающим маслом, насос-дозатор для подачи охлаждающего масла из емкости в рубашку охлаждения окислительной колонны. Устройство работает следующим образом: окислительная колонна, имеющая диаметр 0,7 м и высоту 7,0-10,0 м, заполняется маслом, нагретым до температуры 115-120°С. После завершения загрузки масла, включают воздуходувку 7 и начинают процесс окисления. По мере протекания окисления растет температура реакционной смеси. Включают насос-дозатор 3, подающий масло из емкости 2 в нижнюю часть колонны 1 и насос-дозатор 8, отводящий масло из верхней части колонны 1 и возвращающий его обратно в емкость 2. Объем емкости 2 равен трем-четырем объемам окислительной колонны 1. Поскольку температура масла в емкости 2 значительно ниже, чем в окислительной колонне 1, то при смешении масел часть реакционного тепла затрачивается на нагрев поступившей партии масла и температура в окислительной колонне снижается. Изменяя с помощью насосов-дозаторов 3 и 8 количество подаваемого в окислительную колонну 1 и отводимого из колонны 1 масла можно регулировать температуру реакционной массы внутри колонны. Aqueous alkyd resin emulsion compositions and methods of applying them for providing an exceptionally durable film capable of imparting a gloss sheen to the substrate while simultaneously entrapping pigments, MYLAR or glitter flakes, or other low aspect ratio materials so that they might durably adhere to a variety of surfaces, including, but not limited to, urethane rubber, vehicle tires, and vinyl. The invention relates to a drier composition for an autoxidizable alkyd based coating composition, comprising: a) at least one Fe complex comprising Fe and at least one nitrogen donor ligand, wherein said at least nitrogen donor ligand is selected from the group comprising tridentate, tetradentate, pentadentate and hexadentate nitrogen donor ligands; b) at least one metal salt of a carboxylic acid, wherein the metal is selected from the group comprising: Mn, Ce, V, and Cu, preferably Mn; and c) at least one ligand comprising at least one moiety selected from the group comprising 1,4,7-tri-azacyclononanyl, 2,2′-bipyridyl, 1,10-phenantrolinyl, imidazolyl, pyrazolyl, porphyrinyl, aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, and aromatic amines. The present invention also relates to coating composition comprising the drier composition, and the uses thereof. 1. 本发明涉及一种兼具清洁和催干功能的清洁片及其清洁方法,其中清洁片由以下重量百分比配置而成:碱性盐55‑70%,分散剂8‑15%,螯合剂7‑14%,粘合剂6‑13%,消泡剂0.3‑1.8%,润滑剂0.3‑1.8%。还提供一种洗碗方法,包含如下步骤:步骤一,将洗碗机中的水的温度加热至55℃,将片剂至于片剂盒或清洗池过滤网上,将所述清洁片的粉剂倒入水中,使得活性物的碱度为155‑165ppm;步骤二,放置清洗框,开始清洗;清洁时间40‑45秒,催干时间6‑9秒;步骤三,清洗缸中维持有效清洁的碱度始终在90ppm以上,直到清洁片近乎完全溶解;清洁片完全溶解后,更换新的清洁片。本发明兼具清洁和催干功能、有效物含量高,产品性能全面、优异,且避免了同时操作两种液体的风险,符合绿色环保可持续方法的理念。

Method of producing iron carboxylates

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and, in particular, can be used in production of siccatives and catalyst systems, as well as to petrochemical industry and in production of polymer materials with controlled service life. Method involves saponification of a mixture of fatty acid with sodium compounds, followed by reaction with variable-valence metal compounds. Fatty acid component used is a mixture of light vegetable oils extracted from soap stock, having acid number of 100÷120 mg KOH/g. Saponification process is carried out with sodium carbonate or bicarbonate while stirring continuously in temperature range 200÷220 °C to obtain a mixture of sodium carboxylate with an acid number 1÷1.3 mg KOH/g. Further, method includes uniformly adding to said an inorganic salt of di- or trivalent iron, for example iron sulphate, iron oxide, iron chloride, etc., in molar ratio 2:1 or 3:1 depending on valence of iron compounds. Obtained mixture is heated at a temperature of 105÷160 °C with continuous stirring until conversion of sodium carboxylate into iron carboxylate with acid number of up to 1.0 mg KOH/g. Agglomerate in form of sodium sulphate is removed from reaction mixture. 本发明公开了一种可有效改善结皮性的气干性涂料,按质量份数计,所述涂料包括如下组分:气干性树脂:40‑60份;酚类单体:1.0‑2.0份;有机膨润土0.3‑0.5份;着色颜料:5‑20份;体质颜料:17‑25份;200#溶剂油0.5‑1.0份;锰干料:0.3‑0.5份;稀土干料:0.8‑1.2份。本发明所公开的气干性涂料从性能上与市面所售传统涂料相比,不使用传统抗结皮剂,利用酚类单体代替传统的甲乙酮肟作为防结皮剂,从而达到有效改善气干性涂料易结皮的性能效果。

(II) is used alone, as mixt. and/or in combination with other conventional pro-oxidants. (I) is used in paints and coating compsns. in an amt. of 0.005-0.5, pref. 0.01-0.10% Co wrt. binder. The other driers are metal cpds. and these and (II) are used in a wt. ratio of 0.1:1 to 10:1. USE/ADVANTAGE - (I) is claimed for use in paints and coating compsns.. The latter include printing inks and compsns. for coating wood (prods.), plastics, metals, cement concrete and other materials and paper. (II) has a much lower Co content than usual and replaces the toxic siccative metal Pb, improving the quality in terms of toxicity discolouration and ageing and also saving the costly and strategic rare metal Co. (II) do not separate out on the surface of the hardened coating, so that even clear white and pastel tones with a streak-free gloss can be produced without difficulty.

The drying of oxidatively-drying unsatd. binders is a improved by using a mixt. of (a) a salt of an organic acid with mono- and/or poly-valent metals and (b) an amine oxide of formula R3N right arrow O (I) (R3, each same or different, = opt. branched alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkaryl, aryl, allkenyl, hydroxy-alkyl, alkoxy, acryloxy, alkylpolyglycolether or arylpolyglycol ether gps. with pref. 1-20C). (I) is used at 0.1-10, pref. 0.5-2% based on the binder. (I) reduce the drying times of paints and varnishes. They allow the amt. of expensive and toxic metals to be reduced, have a greater effect than expected solely from their O content, and after accelerating the drying they become inactive so give films of greater useful life. In an example addition of 0.8g dimethylhexadecylamine oxide to 100g short oil alkyd resin (60% in toluene) contg. g CO-Pb-Ca octoate reduced the drying time from 4.5 to 2.5 hr.

The acid forming the second salt when aliphatic is branched at a different chain position from the first salt and such different chain position is either a branch in the α-position, two branches in the α-position, or a branch at #- or a further removed position relative to the carboxylic group. The salts may be of 2-ethylbutanoic, 2-methylpentanoic, 2-ethyl-4-methylpentanoic, 2-propyl heptanoic acids and 2- ethyl-hexenoic acids, mixed trialkyl acetic acids with 9-11 C, and 10 C atoms, 2,2-dimethylpentanoic, 3,5,5-trimethyl hexanoic, 3-ethyloctanoic, 3-methylhexanoic, 4,5-dimethyl hexanoic, 4-ethylnonanoic and the C 8 , C 10 and C 13 oxo acids. Inert organic solvents are listed, and the salts may be prepared separately and mixed or prepared in situ. Additives such as alkyl and phosphates and polyoxyalkylene glycols may be present.
