Сущность: консистентная смазка, содержащая масляную основу и загуститель, дополнительно содержит от 0,05% до 30 вес.% тиосульфата натрия и, по меньшей мере, 0,1 вес.% одной или нескольких присадок (А), выбранных из группы, включающей салицилат кальция, салицилат магния, фенолят кальция и/или сульфонат кальция, в расчете на всю смазку. Указанная консистентная смазка применяется для предотвращения коррозии и повышения износостойкости. Консистентную смазку получают путем предварительного смешения тиосульфата натрия с одной или несколькими присадками (А) и добавления смеси к основе смазки, содержащей базовое масло и загуститель, или путем введения в основу смазки тиосульфата натрия и одной или нескольких присадок (А) по отдельности. Сущность: в аппарат, снабженный перемешивающим устройством, загружают расчетное количество смеси масел (масло КС-19 и веретенное) - 2/3 от общего объема, нагревают до 80°С, загружают диоктилсебацинат, 12-оксистеариновую кислоту, раствор гидроксида лития (15%-ный в воде), доводят температуру до 90-95°С. Обезвоживание основы смазки осуществляют путем нагрева до 200-210°С при постоянном перемешивании в течение 40 минут, охлаждают содержимое аппарата холодным маслом - 1/3 смеси масел до температуры 130°С. В аппарат загружают последовательно присадки и добавки: тиодифениламин, нафтам-2, дисульфид молибдена, фторопласт, бензотриазол, тщательно перемешивают и охлаждают до температуры 90°С, добавляют присадку кримсон-100 и после достижения однородности смазку охлаждают. Технический результат - расширение температурного интервала работоспособности от минус 60 до +140°С, увеличение срока работы смазки более чем в 2 раза. 2 н.п. ф-лы, 1 табл.

Настоящее изобретение относится к пластичной смазке на основе минеральных масел или их смесей, содержащих высокодисперсные наполнители, при этом она подвергнута модификации наночастицами железа, образующегося после перемешивания в реакторе со скоростной мешалкой от 1000 до 2500 об/мин с жидким пентакарбонилом железа и дальнейшим его термическим разложением при температуре 250-300°C при работающей мешалке в течение 30-120 минут, а затем в том же реакторе к полученной массе добавляется тройная смесь порошковых наполнителей - графита (А), дисульфида молибдена (Б) и тетрафторэтилена (В) в соотношении А:Б:В от 40:40:20 до 80:10:10, при этом она содержит в массовых частях:Техническим результатом настоящего изобретения является получение пластичной смазки с улучшенными температурными, антифрикционными и прочностными характеристиками. 1 пр., 2 табл.

The amide in each composition is the reaction product of a secondary, branched amine and a carboxylic acid. A continuous process for preparing a lithium complex grease , comprising:{'sub': 12', '24', '12', '24, 'a. heating a mixture of a Cto Chydroxy fatty acid or a Cto Chydroxy fatty acid ester, an aqueous solution of lithium base and at least one base oil in a reaction zone at a temperature between about 120° C. to about 200° C. under turbulent mixing conditions;'}b. passing the mixture of Step (a) through a heat exchanger that raises the temperature of the mixture to between about 150° C. to about 200° C.;c. transferring the mixture of Step (b) to a dehydration zone which is maintained at temperature between about 125° C. to about 225° C.; andd. transferring the mixture of Step (c) to a recycle line whereby additives, a borated additive and at least one base oil are added under turbulent mixing conditions to afford a formulated grease composition,wherein the continuous process does not include a dibasic acid or dibasic ester component and wherein the formulated grease composition has a dropping point greater than about 240° C. according to ASTM D2265.2. In particular, when the grease is used in a rotational transmission device having a built-in one-way clutch, the grease can provide satisfactory clutch engagement property (intermeshing ability) at low temperatures and a prolonged bearing life at high temperatures and is less apt to cause oil separation under high centrifugal force.

An improved lubricating grease composition comprising a 12 hydroxy lithium calcium stearate with improved compatibility with elastomeric materials, improved oxidation resistance and improved dropping point flew characteristics. The improved grease composition is prepared by a process in which a bright stock paraffin oil is mixed with 12-hydroxy stearic acid, and the mixture is then heated to a temperature of from about 170 to about 200 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 30 minutes. Thereafter, lithium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide are added to the mixture, and the mixture is then neutralized by heating it to a temperature of from about 360 to about 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The saponified mixture is then comminuted so that at least about 90 weight percent of the particles in it are smaller than 1 micron. To this comminuted mixture is then added another portion of the specified paraffinic bright stock oil.
