Способ заключается во взаимодействии сульфида калия, получаемом растворением серы в системе гидразингидрат-KOH при температуре 55-60°С и мольном соотношении KOH:S=4:1, в течение 2 ч, с хлорлигнином с содержанием хлора 2,4 или 3,4% масс. и винилиденхлоридом при температуре 25°С и мольном соотношении сера:винилиденхлорид = 1:1, массовом соотношении сера:хлорлигнин = 1:2. После 5 ч перемешивания продукт отделяют фильтрованием, промывают водой и этанолом. The polymer-supported chelating agent is polyisobutylene having a thiol-thioether terminal group. A method of synthesizing the polymer-supported chelating agent according to claim 3 , comprising the steps of:dissolving alkene-terminated polyisobutylene and 1,2-ethanedithiol in a solvent mixture of ethanol and heptane, the solvent mixture being 1:1 ethanol:heptane volume-to-volume to form a reaction mixture;adding a polymerization initiator to the reaction mixture; andirradiating the reaction mixture with ultraviolet light.5. Preparation of halothio-sulfonamide-modified terpolymers having a low degree of unsaturation is accomplished by preferably reacting N-chlorothio-sulfonamide with an ethylene-(alpha-olefin)-diene monomer terpolymer comprising, for example, 1,4- hexadiene and/or dicyclopentadiene, in the presence of a catalyst of the formula MAn, where A is an anion or mixture of anions of a weak acid, and M is a metal selected from copper, antimony, bismuth and tin and n is a number which corresponds to the oxidation state of M divided by the valence of said weak acid anion. The reaction is preferably carried out in a melt phase process. Additionally, metals such as zinc and iron can be used at low concentrations in a melt phase process or at short reaction times in a solution process. Mixtures of such modified terpolymers with highly unsaturated rubbery polymers and vulcanizates of such mixtures are particularly useful in pneumatic tire sidewalls.

本发明涉及一种聚离子液体作为胶粘剂的用途,该聚离子液体包括阳离子和阴离子,所述阳离子是由离子液体单体聚合而成,所述阳离子的结构链上含有烷氧基侧基。由烷氧基官能化的离子液体单体聚合形成的聚离子液体,不但能与大多数被粘接基底材料的表面形成很强的氢键,带来较强粘接力;同时聚离子液体胶粘剂内部还可能存在烷氧侧基与咪唑环或吡啶杂环上活泼质子之间的氢键作用,形成具有一定强度的物理交联结构,从而在一定程度上提升了胶粘剂的内聚力。这两个方面的共同作用使得本发明提供的聚离子液体胶粘剂表现出优异的粘结性能。

Sulphur-containing polymers are prepared by reacting an ethylenically unsaturated polymer having an iodine number of at least 25 with a thiol-carboxylic acid in the presence of a peroxy catalyst, until at least one mol. of the thiolcarboxylic acid is introduced per four ethylenic linkages in the polymer. Specified unsaturated polymers are the glycerol-phthalic anhydride-linoleic acid condensates, methallyl alcohol - para - amylphenol - formaldehyde condensates and polyesters, polyethers, polysulphides, polyamide-polyesters and polyacetals, and the products obtained by polymerizing butadiene 1 : 3, isoprene or dimethyl-2 : 3-butadiene-1 : 3 with pinene, camphene, monovinyl acetylene, vinylethinyl alkyl carbinols, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, unsaturated aldehydes and ketones such as acrolein and methyl vinyl ketone, acrylic and methacrylic esters such as butyl acrylate, a -chloracrylic acid and its esters such as methyl a -chloroacrylate, furylacrylic acid and its esters such as methyl furyl acrylate and esters of 1 : 4-butenedioic acid such as dimethyl fumarate. The preferred thiolacid is thiolacetic acid, though thiolpropionic, thiolbutyric, thiolcaproic or thiolbenzoic acid may be used. The peroxy catalysts may be ascaridol, peracetic acid or perbenzoic acid. The process is preferably carried out in a non-reactive solvent such as dioxane, benzene, xylene, gasoline or other aromatic or aliphatic hydrocarbon at a temperature between 15 DEG C. and the boiling point of the solvent at atmospheric pressure. The product, which is soluble in dioxane and acetone, may be rendered insoluble by treatment with an alcoholic solution of sodium methylate followed by exposure to air. The product may also be partially or wholly hydrolysed by acids or alkalis to give polymer thiols which are insolubilised by oxidation to form disulphide cross-linked polymers which are more solvent resisting than the original polymers. Alternatively the invention is a process comprising steps of (1) forming, under a first pressure, a mixture of a vinyl aromatic polymer, a blowing agent and at least one poly(sulfonyl azide), with the mixture at a temperature at which the viscosity of the mixture is sufficient to retain the blowing agent when the mixture is allowed to expand; (2) extruding the mixture into a holding zone maintained at a temperature and second pressure which does not allow the mixture to foam, the holding zone having an outlet die defining an orifice opening into a zone of a third pressure lower than the first or second pressures at which the mixture foams, and an openable gate closing the die orifice; (3) periodically opening the gate; (4) substantially concurrently applying mechanical pressure by a movable ram on the mixture to eject the mixture from the holding zone through the die orifice into the zone of third pressure, at a rate greater than that at which substantial foaming in the die orifice occurs and less than that at which substantial irregularities in cross-sectional area or shape occurs; and (5) permitting the ejected mixture to expand unrestrained in at least one dimension to produce an elongated thermoplastic cellular body. The composition can be prepared by reacting CS2 with a composition of the formula: MoSaObHc(RR'N)x wherein x R and R' have the meanings given above a=0.5 to 3; b=2.5 to 0; and c=0 to 3, x=0.8 to 5; using a molar change ratio of CS2 to molybdenum of 0.5:1 to 5:1.

[Also in Division G2] A process for the photochemical crosslinking of a light-sensitive composition comprises exposing to actinic light rays a composition comprising (A) a polymer carrying pendant groups which are reactive with products deriving from the photochemical decomposition of quinone diazide groups, and (B) a polymer carrying chemically combined quinone diazide groups which may or may not be the same as (A). Preferably (B) is the same as (A) and is a polymer having pendant hydroxyl groups, which hydroxyl groups have been partially reacted with a quinone diazide containing chlorosulphinyl or chlorocarbonyl groups. The examples relate to reacting the polyether of 2,2 - bis - (4 - hydroxy - phenyl) - propane and epichlorohydrin with naphthoquinone-1,2-diazide - (2) - 5 - sulphochloride or naphthoquinone - 1,2 - diazide - (2) - 4 - sulphochloride and exposing to actinic light, these polymers may be further hardened using known methods for epoxy resins. The examples also relate to the reaction of the two quinone diazides above with a partial polyvinyl butyral containing a substantial proportion of free hydroxyl groups.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un plastique halogène résistant aux produits chimiques. Des groupes réactifs sont ajoutés à un polymère halogène et le polymère est réticulé par réaction avec un composé organique multifonctionnel sous l'influence de la chaleur pendant ou après le traitement du matériau. Le PVC est un polymère préféré, mais le procédé peut également s'appliquer à la production de produits réticulés à partir d'autres polymères halogènes. L'invention concerne également un plastique réticulé résistant aux produits chimiques se composant de 20 à 98 % de copolymère de chlorure de vinyle et d'un monomère glycidylique, de 0 à 80 % d'un plastifiant, de 0,05 à 10 % d'un agent de réticulation organique multifonctionnel, de 0,1 à 10 % d'un stabilisant et de 0 à 3 % de lubrifiant. L'utilisation de ce plastique dans les produits résistant à l'huile et aux produits chimiques, notamment les films plastiques, fait également l'objet de cette invention. A process for producing a chemically resistant halogen plastic is disclosed. Reactive groups are added to a halogenated polymer and the polymer is cross-linked by reaction with a multifunctional organic compound under the influence of heat during or after material processing. PVC is a preferred polymer, but the process can also be applied to the production of crosslinked products from other halogenated polymers. The invention also relates to a cross-linked chemical resistant plastic consisting of 20 to 98% vinyl chloride copolymer and a glycidyl monomer, 0 to 80% of a plasticizer, 0.05 to 10% of a multifunctional organic crosslinking agent, 0.1 to 10% stabilizer and 0 to 3% lubricant. The use of this plastic in oil and chemical resistant products, in particular plastic films, is also the subject of this invention.
