Устройство содержит опорный элемент с подшипниковым узлом, установленный в нем полый вал, источник жидкой двуокиси углерода. На полом валу шарнирно закреплена полая мешалка. Полость мешалки сообщена через полость вала с источником жидкой двуокиси углерода. На мешалке с противоположных сторон вала установлены сообщенные с ее полостью сверхзвуковые сопла. На входах сопел размещены завихрители. Выходные отверстия завихрителей расположены в плоскостях, параллельных оси вала, и направлены в противоположные стороны перпендикулярно оси вала. На мешалке симметрично оси вала закреплены два постоянных магнита. Изобретение позволит расширить технологические возможности за счет создания условий для одновременного выделения из обрабатываемого сырья веществ, склонных к образованию как кристаллических, так и коллоидных помутнений. 2 ил.

A fermentation apparatus for preserving the aroma of a fermentable beverage is provided. The fermentation apparatus comprises a flow passage fluidly connectable to the headspace located above a fermentable beverage in a fermentation container. A carbon dioxide scrubber in the flow passage receives a headspace fluid mixture comprising at least carbon dioxide gas and an aromatic fluid originating from the fermenting beverage. When the headspace fluid mixture contacts the carbon dioxide scrubber, the carbon dioxide retains a modified fluid in the flow passage. The modified fluid has a lower carbon dioxide gas concentration and a higher aromatic fluid concentration than the headspace fluid mixture. The flow passage directs the modified fluid back to the headspace to at least partially retain the aromatic fluid in the fermentable beverage in the fermentation container. A method for preserving the aroma of a fermentable beverage is also provided.

Inside the catalyst storage chamber is a catalyst supply mechanism which substantially continuously supplies the catalyst to the catalyst supply port, and a forcible discharge mechanism which forcibly discharges the catalyst, supplied from the catalyst supply mechanism, through the catalyst supply port with a pressurized gas. The apparatus can be used to supply the catalyst to the reactor with low amounts of pressurized gas. Further, the system can be configured so as to avoid contamination of stored catalyst by reactant gas.

In order to be able to dose, in an accurate and trouble-free manner, even highly viscous media and even, if required, from storage vessels under vacuum, an inlet port (4) interacts with the valve piston (10). A dosing chamber (5) whose diameter is greater than that of the inlet port, has an outlet port (6) leading therefrom, which debouches into a non-return valve (7) which is closed against the dosing chamber. The main piston at its underside has a drive rod (12) which is provided with adjustable end stops (11).

A plate structure including conduit and reagent delivery means for a fluid delivery system is provided to deliver precise volumes of a plurality of fluids in sequence to a treatment reservoir.
