СПОСОБ ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЯ СВЕКЛОРЕЗНЫХ НОЖЕЙ

Использование: в обработке металлов давлением при изготовлении свеклорезных ножей для измельчения сырья при производстве сахара. Сущность изобретения: заготовку, полученную путем вырубки из листа, нагревают и помещают в штамп. Штамп состоит из двух инструментов с параллельно расположенными на рабочей поверхности выступами треугольного поперечного сечения, имеющими скос на одном из торцев. Выступы одного инструмента смещены относительно выступов другого на величину, равную половине шага режущих граней ножа. Формообразование производят на прессе за один его ход в два этапа. На первом этапе заготовку консольно зажимают в зоне державки ножа. На первом этапе заготовке придают ступенчатый продольный профиль, соответствующий окончательным размерам ножа. Одновременно в зоне режущей части ножа формируют зигзагообразный поперечный рельеф с равномерными припусками под фрезерование режущих граней. 4 ил.

A process for producing a natural sweetening enhancer composition comprising at least an Rebaudioside C (RC) extract, said process comprises the steps of preparing a saccharide mother liquor comprising an RC mass content of at least 15%; preparing feed liquid from about 8-25 mg/L of the mother liquor; flowing feed liquid through a porous adsorption column, having a pore size of between about 0.001 to 0.2 micron, and at a flow rate of between 25 to 35 L/m2h and at a pH of between 6 to 8; eluting RC extract with alcohol, said RC extract having a mass concentration of at least 10%; fractionally collecting eluate based on chromatographic critical point for RC extract; concentrating the RC extract and drying the extract so formed. Another process for preparing a crude RC extract which comprises the steps of preparing a saccharide mother liquor into a feedstock solution with a mass concentration of about 0.5-1%; passing the solution through an ultrafiltration membrane device at a flow rate of 25-35 L/m2h, with a molecular weight cut-off at about 5500-6500 DA and at a pH of between about 6.5-7.5, collecting and then concentrating the RC filtrate from about 55° C. to 65° C., drying solid and liquid fractions obtained from the concentrate separately to provide a crude RC extract. Extracts obtained from processes above are further refined by crystallization from water-alcohols (e.g. ethanol and methanol)-acetone mixed solvents to provide a crystalline solid comprising high content of RC. 1. A harvesting system and method providing a row insensitive plant cutting and gathering capability, suitable for harvesting tall, stalky plants such as sweet sorghum, cane, and the like, in high volume, which also billet cuts the harvested plants. A replacement blade supply mechanism comprising:a transport mechanism in which a replacement blade cartridge in which a plurality of cutting blades having a blade edge on one end are accommodated in a thickness direction thereof is detachably set, and an uppermost cutting blade positioned in the uppermost layer among the cutting blades accommodated in the replacement blade cartridge is transported individually in a direction in which the blade edge extends,wherein the transport mechanism includes a detection portion which detects whether or not there is a cutting blade in a layer below an uppermost cutting blade through a portion through which the uppermost cutting blade passes when the uppermost cutting blade is transported, andwherein when the detection portion detects that there is no cutting blade in a layer below the uppermost cutting blade, the detection portion stops the transport of the cutting blade.2.
