Similar compositions were developed for assessing processing aide food surface coverage, contact time and adherence. In addition, unique compositions were invented that increase processing aide coverage and adherence. Quantification of the presence or absence of the fluorescent GRAS or food additive compositions produces results for validation, monitoring and/or verification of food safety intervention procedures/processes.

A method of removing a protective glass top surface from an display unit having a glass top , an electronic display portion and an intermediate layer therebetween comprising the steps of:a. fixing the display unit in a carriage with the intermediate layer being exposed on all sides;b. aligning a cutting device in a coplanar relationship with the intermediate layer;c. biasing the cutting device in the intermediate layer adjacent the electronic display portion and away from the glass,d. driving the cutting device into the intermediate layer while moving the cutting device and display unit are moved relative to each other along an axis generally orthogonal to the cutting device;e. advancing the cutting device into the intermediate layer to separate the glass top from the electronic display portion.40. A method and apparatus for replacement of damages display shield (typically glass) covering a display screen on a device, typically a mobile phone. Mobile phones have an electronic display protected by a glass shield. Between the glass and the display is often a plastic polarizing or other intermediary sheet. A method for preparing an animal hide for chrome tanning , the method comprising the steps of:depositing the hide into a treatment container;depositing a glycosylase enzyme into the treatment container;agitating the treatment container for a first duration after the steps of depositing the hide and the glycosylase enzyme;depositing a first peptidase enzyme into the treatment container after the step of agitating for the first duration;agitating the treatment container for a second duration after the step of depositing the first peptidase enzyme;depositing a polysulfide into the treatment container after the step of agitating for the second duration; andagitating the treatment container for a third duration after the step of depositing the polysulfide.2. The invention provides a process for tanning a substrate using at least one ionic liquid. The at least one ionic liquid can be used in at least one of the following tanning steps: tanning, re-tanning, preservation, liming, pickling, impregnation, lubrication, dyeing, fatliquoring or finishing. 1.
