Method and apparatus for pattern formation in a weaving machine

Номер: DE0003609845A1
Принадлежит:

A fabric web produced by a weaving machine is provided with a pattern by lining up densely woven and loosely woven regions next to one another. Pattern formation is brought about by a variation in the weft density of the warp threads. This change in weft density is achieved by a variation in the tension of the warp threads. This can be carried out, for example, by means of a tension roller which is adjustable essentially transversely to the direction of movement of the warp threads. It is also possible to influence the tension of the warp threads in dependence on the desired pattern formation by means of a coupling/braking unit.

A bi-layer, woven geotextile fabric has interwoven first and second layers. The first layer is over and under woven through the second layer in a pre-determined pattern so that the first layer has portions which face a first side of the second layer and portions which face a second side of the second layer. Monofilaments in the warp direction of the first layer have a predetermined differential heat shrinkage characteristic that is greater than the monofilaments in the warp direction of the second layer. Closed cells defined by the pattern of the over and under weave are disposed on the first and second sides of the second layer. Shrinkage of the monofilaments in the warp direction of the first layer provide for a separation of a portion of the second layer from the first layer at the cells.

Weaving method of textile for blind

Номер: KR102014698B1
Автор: 김태호, 하재현
Принадлежит: 김태호, 하재현

The present invention relates to manufacturing of a textile sheet for a blind, wherein when weaving a textile, a dark weaving portion and a light weaving portion with different degrees of light shielding are alternately arranged in warp and weft directions to form a textile sheet, and the textile sheet is applied to the blind, such that fine light shielding is achieved through the light weaving portion arranged at equal distances while satisfying an overall light shielding function, thereby providing a new aesthetic blind. As a means to solve the problem, when weaving of a textile for a blind, the textile is woven by using low-temperature fused yarns of low denier as warps and false twisted yarns of high denier as wefts, wherein a dark weaving portion with a high light shielding rate is formed by weaving a width constant in a weft direction by using 2/2 twill weave, and a light weaving portion with a low light shielding rate is alternately woven by weaving a constant width by using 2/2 basket weave (as known as ″mat weave″) which is a derivative plain weaving, and thus the textile sheet for a blind in accordance with the present invention is aesthetically three-dimensional due to a difference in the weave appearance between the 2/2 twill weaving portion and the 2/2 basket weaving portion.
