Disclosed herein is a method for utilizing the exothermic energy generated by a low temperature cure reaction to access a high-temperature cure reaction, which is otherwise energetically inaccessible at a chosen tool temperature, thereby producing a cured resin matrix with properties closely matching to those produced via high-temperature cure reactions but achieved via a short cure time and low cure temperature. Also disclosed is a short-cure resin composition containing: (a) at least one multifunctional epoxy resin having an epoxy functionality of greater than 1; (b) a hardener composition containing (i) at least one aliphatic or cycloaliphatic amine curing agent having one or more amino groups per molecule; (ii) at least one aromatic amine curing agent having one or more amino groups per molecule; and optionally, (iii) an imidazole as curing accelerator. The improved properties of this resin composition include being curable at a temperature of ≦120° C. for a time period of less than 10 minutes to achieve a degree of cure higher than that derived from the same composition with just (i) aliphatic/cycloaliphatic amine or (ii) aromatic amine in isolation. 1. The biodegradable sheet contains the modified poly(lactic acid) resin which is arranged on the adhesive surface of the hemp fabric; and the hemp felt which is combined with the hemp fabric by the modified poly(lactic acid) resin. In a variant the first layer can be made from three layers, two outer layers (5, 6) and an intermediate layer (7) of lower density than the other two.

本发明公开一种环保复合型纤维面料,包括层叠设置的第一面料层和第二面料层,所述第一面料层和所述第二面料层之间通过阻燃粘合层进行粘接,所述第一面料层由芳纶经线和芳纶纬线相互编织而成,所述第二面料层由抗菌棉纤维经线和抗菌棉纤维纬线相互编织而成,所述第一面料层和所述第二面料层上还设有阻燃涂层,所述阻燃涂层包括第一阻燃涂层和第二阻燃涂层;其中,所述第一阻燃涂层包括以下重量份的组成:油性聚氨酯80~100份,磷酸酯阻燃剂5~15份,乙酸乙酯10~30份,铝粉1~5份,增稠剂0.1~1份;所述第二阻燃涂层包括以下重量份的组成:油性聚氨酯80~100份,磷酸酯阻燃剂10~20份,乙酸乙酯20~50份,铝粉5~10份,增稠剂0.1~1份。本发明中的面料具有优良的阻燃性能,环保性能好。

An improved dental adhesive device to hold prosthetic devices in the human mouth is made as a laminate of webs which are bonded together by deforming a film of thermoplastic ethylene oxide polymer and having an external adhesive coating on the laminate. The dental adhesive is produced by continuously applying thermoplastic ethylene oxide polymer between moving webs of cellulo se acetate fibers, applying additional thermoplastic ethylene oxide polymer to the external surface of the webs, and then passing said webs in superimposed relationship between a pair of dry heated calender rolls for thermoplastical ly bonding said webs into a unitary structure. A dry water-activated adhesive material, such as sodium alginate, may be employed with the thermoplastic ethylene oxide polymer by being dissolved or dispersed in the polymer. Synthetic fibers are applied to the webs so as to extend transversely throug h the webs.
