Изобретение позволяет повысить разрывную прочность материала, устойчивость окраски к трению при сохранении малоусадочных свойств за счет того, что ткань сначала пропитывают до 60-70%-ной влажности водным составом, содержащим 0,5-1,0 г/л дибутилфталата, 1,0-2,0 г/л изопропилового спирта, 3,0-4,0 г/л триэтаноламина, 5-10 г/л полиэтиленгликолевых эфиров стеариновой кислоты со степенью оксиэтилирования 6, а затем термообрабатывают в двух температурных зонах. В первой зоне обработку ведут при 120-160°С, а во второй - при 170-190°С и натяжении 120-180 Н/м 20-40 с. 1 табл.

A process is for finishing textiles with microcapsules contg. perfumes or other substances and involves inserting the capsules into the liquid of a wet treatment step in the course of the manufacture or cleaning of the textile material. The capsules are conveyed into the fabric by means of the liquid, which has been made to flow rapidly, and fastened in it. Pref. the microcapsules are added to the bath after dyeing or they are added to the last wet treatment step during the course of washing. They can be applied in a washing machine or a dry cleaning machine, in which they can be added to the solvent. ADVANTAGE - The process provides for the use of microcapsules in the textile finishing industry. So far, such capsules have been used in paper and textile printing.

Disclosed is composition comprising an aqueous dispersion containing a dye, a stain blocker component, and an anti-soil component. The composition provides uniform dyeing, and superior stain blocking and anti-soil characteristics to fibers, carpets, and fabrics by adjusting the conductivity and pH of the dispersion. Alternatively, the composition can comprise an aqueous dispersion containing a dye, a stain blocker component, and a retarder for slowing down the rate of dye reaction. Also disclosed is a method of applying the compositions and dispersions to fibers, carpets, and fabrics. 1. A composition comprising an aqueous dispersion of a dye , an anti-soil component , and a stain blocker , wherein said aqueous dispersion has a conductivity between about 2000 to about 9000 micromhos and a pH between about 1.5 to about 5.2. The composition of claim 1 , wherein said anti-soil component comprises a fluorochemical.3. The composition of claim 2 , wherein said fluorochemical has less than or equal to six fluorinated carbons.4. The composition of claim 1 , further comprising a metal salt.5. A process to remove excess dye from dyed polyester fabric comprising adding a solution of a weak organic acid to the fabric in a dyeing vessel, raising the temperature in the vessel to at least 80° C., allowing the acid to react with the fabric for at least 6 minutes and removing all liquid. 1. 本发明公开了一种液氨染色后均匀固着活性染料的方法,将活性染料加入到液氨中,配制活性染料的液氨染液,随后对纤维素纤维进行染色;完成染色后将染色物取出、挤干、烘干除氨,得到染色纤维素纤维;配制含有助剂的碱性缓冲溶液,随后加入硅基非水介质,充分搅拌至均匀,完成硅基非水介质固色液的制备;采用浸渍方法,将染色纤维素纤维浸入到硅基非水介质固色液中进行固色处理;将固色处理后的染色纤维素纤维进行皂洗及烘干,完成活性染料在纤维素纤维上的固着。本发明的有益效果是能够使经液氨染色且烘干后大量未固着的活性染料再次与纤维反应,提高活性染料的固色率,并且使得处理后的染色纤维的色泽均匀。
